We had a terrible experience. Our food came out after several guests that who came after us, and it was cold. We received our food. The server made it seem like it was our fault when I asked him why the other guests were eating and we had been here for an 1 1/2 hours Not a good experience

I just want to say that I love Lazy Dog! I go to my local one in Downey at least 2-3 times a month and I have never had a bad experience! Yesterday was the exception, our first waiter was nice and when he closed out because he had to leave and wanted the tips to go to him, which is fair so we agreed. He told us that there would be another waitress to take over. She came by and was nice, at first, but she was not attentive at all, we ordered one soda along with other bar drinks and we got the drink but never the soda so then we waiting for about 20 minutes and when she came back we asked her for the soda and she literally said “oh I’m sorry but I can’t carry that many drinks in my hand but I’ll bring it right now”. We were a little stunned lol because we understand that, but then another 10 minutes passed and nothing was brought. So we went to the bar and asked what was going on and the bartender was very nice and said he would deliver the soda himself if she didn’t bring it in the next couple minutes. And I want to add it was not crazy busy yesterday and if it was she could have said and we would have completely understand. I don’t know why this happened, maybe it was an off night for her but it was very disappointing because Lazydog is always our go to place!

Overall it was a fair experience. When I arrived I checked in but still waited another 30 mins to get seated which to me defeated the purpose of having a reservation. Also, I think they checked in the wrong person, when we did finally get seated, they had it setup for 3 people instead of 2. Food was ok…it seemed like the food was cooked better when I had went to the West Covina location a while back. Overall it was decent. If I was to return I would go back to the West Covina location instead as my experience there was better in my opinion.
