Here’s a lil taste of my 31st Birthday Dinner at @lbsteakbishopranch 😋 My one and only desire for my birthday was a Wagyu steak! 🤤 I ordered their 4oz Hokkaido Japanese Wagyu Steak, well done. 🔥 (don’t come for me for getting my steak well done 😤) 4oz was more than enough for me, and the pairing salts the Wagyu came with added extra texture and flavor. Front of house staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. The server was attentive and had great disposition. The food was just alright when compared to the prices. The mashed potatoes, bread/butter and brussel sprouts were excellent. The burger’s bread was way too dry, the steak wasn’t anything to rave about, and the calamari was just ok.

I’ve been a fan of LB Steak House for years and have left happy every time until now. This visit was underwhelming. The food was simple and uninspired, not up to their usual standard. My steak was ordered medium rare but cooked medium, and my side came out as a half portion. The drinks were slower than the entrees, which added to the frustration. Given the premium pricing, I expected much better quality and service. Disappointing.

Food is reasonably good, comparing to other Steak places. However, not including sides, steak is priced high, plus all the add-ons you would need to order. It is very noisy in the area where we were seated… must be the acoustics. Service is wonderful and staff are very nice!

Everyone else in our party loved their meals. However, my steak was served rare vs. medium as I asked for so our nice waitress had to take it back to the kitchen. Also, we were surprised they added an extra "cost of living charge." Also, they charged us for the one birthday dessert provided to us. I don't understand why all the sides are charged separately, but I have seen that before at other steak restaurants.

First of all, we ordered your filet mignon and my husband asked for it to be medium. It was very rare! Secondly the food did not come out hot. We ordered asparagus, mashed potatoes and the french fries. Nothing was hot. I was disappointed especially for the cost. I expected at least hot food.

I expected the food to taste better given the prices. I ordered the Tomahawk Steak , it was very tender but didn’t have much flavor, and it had a lot of fat and less eatable meat. It was not worth the price. The MAC & cheese was not very good. The Brussels sprouts were very good. The sautéed spinach was just average.

My husband and I had a great time! I had the chicken and squash with the miso eggplant purée. It was soooo good! And a great way to break my 72 hour fast.
