Lima�s Taste is an authentic Peruvian and Mediterranean restaurant. It has a traditional Peruvian d�cor. The pillars are carved with Mediterranean artwork, and pink bulbs and lamps in the hallways create a nice and welcoming entrance. The Peruvian symbols and letters are painted on the walls. The restaurant is decently lit with yellow and green lights. It has a separate party area, where a young crowd gathers every day. Classic fish ceviche is the popular Peruvian dish here. It is served with customer�s choice of salad and rice. Papas a la huancaina is a healthy appetizer served with boiled eggs and yellow potatoes. Lima�s Taste serves prepares the Huancaina sauce in traditional Peruvian way. It is the restaurant�s specialty as Papas a la Huancaina originated from Lima, Peru. Lima�s Taste has a full service bar that serves wine, local Peruvian beer and champagne.
