Adjacent, you'll find the Little Goat Coffee Bar - offering pastries and freshly brewed Dark Matter coffee. While you are there you can also purchase merchandise and Stephanie's This Little Goat line of sauces and spices.
Located within Little Goat Bread is our bar - where craft beer, wine and cocktails are served.
Reservations reflect only a portion of our available seating and hold a seat in the diner whether at a booth or our communal table. If you can't find a time slot that best suits your request, we invite you to walk in and join us!
Thank you so much to the entire team at Little Goat for ensuring such an amazing experience. Our server Tara went above and beyond. The food was as always a big hit - especially the Rock Road Sundae. If you love chocolate make sure to try the dairy free chocolate sorbet as well - it’s so smooth and chocolatey, one would never guess it’s dairy free.
Fun place for lunch. Pricey but delicious food.
I had a banh mi burger & my partner had the fish tostadas. I was excited for the meal, as i'd heard great things, but couldn't have been prepared for the quiet nirvana that the banh mi burger granted me. sure, it may have been a fleeting moment, gone in silent bites, but it may just have been the best thing i've eaten for the money in quite some time. more of that, please.
Muy mal lugar para cenar
Only restaurant we revisited three times even though it involved an el ride out and back. Superb in-house made breads.
Sat outside on the patio. Good sized portions, and one of the best breakfasts I've had!
We went to Girl and The Goat, the last time we were in Chicago. Tonight we wanted to try one of the other concepts. We were not dissatisfied.
Food was great. Overall experience horrible. Even with a reservation we waited 30 minutes on a Thursday night. Once we were seated and waiter took order we waited another 30 min and were only served water even though we had ordered drinks and a bottle of wine together with an appetizer for the table. Appetizer came; still no drinks. Waiter blamed bartender. Within 5 minutes our main courses arrived so we never had time to enjoy the drinks and appetizer. What a waste of money. We would have never ordered the appetizer if we knew the dishes would be served that way. Plates cleared as diners were taking last bites. Waiter asked if we wanted dessert before all diners (we were 5 total) were finished & said he was told to push desserts. When we said no, making a comment that we hadnt had time to eat our appetizer he disappeared. We literally had to chase him down for the check which then included a dish that had never arrived. Another long delay for a correct check.
Not the “exceptional “ experience I was led to believe we would have
Absolutely wonderful food - really enjoyed our experience. The burgers were enormous and amazing and the mac and cheese was next level.
The waiter was not very attentive and took 30 mins from when we asked for our check to when we were able to pay - he kept getting distracted. Not a deal breaker as the food and atmosphere were worth the dine.
We had a server plus one in training they couldn’t get in sync with each other so made service a little clunky. Took a bit to get our check
Definitely worth going to, with tasty variations on a Caesar Salad and a great crab dip. Chocolate Malt was excellent also. Menu seemed weighted a little heavy in the direction of fried food, though.
Great experience, great staff, loved our dinner! They even gave us champagne to celebrate our anniversary.
Took my team here for business lunch, something different. Everyone really enjoyed the food, there is even a vegan menu. The strawberry fields forever dessert was delicious and large. Portions are large. Service was a bit slow, but it was a busy time, and a bit noisy.
This was my first Izard restaurant and I can see why it’s a hot place. It’s cute, has a diverse menu, pulling from both European and Asian cuisines, and pretty space.
I found the menu a little limited for dinner. Food was good not great
This is my neighborhood diner and as many time I’ve been there, I’ve never been disappointed!
This was an overall very good dining experience. The restaurant is classified as a diner but I would say it
is a very casual dining experience. The menu is eclectic. Dishes have subtle combinations of flavors and ingredients. I am looking forward to returning and trying other dishes. The noise level is high so be prepared.
Everyone enjoyed the food !! Loved the vegan menu . The food was so different and yummy! Service amazing !!
We will be back !
Too loud, salty food and salty service. Iced coffee was delicious!
I had the opportunity to go twice, for dinner and breakfast. The grilled cheese was out of hand amaZing. The breakfast was good as well. Recommended to anyone looking to try everyday classics with a cultural twist.
We went for Father's day the service was amazing and the food was outstanding. We had reservations for 8 of us and we were sat on time. Highly recommend Little Goat.
Fabulous food and very attentive staff. great about gluten free!
I’d recommend Little Goat but I’d definitely check out another place next time. There was a line of people waiting for the bathroom right by our table with the door open. And I ordered “the most popular dish on the menu” as per the waiter, chicken and waffle with strawberries. I don’t think it all worked together and I guess I was expecting bone in chicken and not boneless with a coating. Bone in is much tastier. Anyway, I’ve been to LG three times now and have never been overly impressed like I thought I would be. But I’d recommend it because of the great service and the busy vibe.
Sandwiches are the bomb. We had the Reuben and the Shrimp/Pork Belly. The rest was just OK. My son enjoyed his burger and fries. The most disappointing aspect was the service - detached and just there to take an order. Sometimes that’s ok but given our excitement level as first time-goers, just disappointing.
Will go again regardless.
We were seated right away for our reservation, the service was great, and the food was delivered promptly even for a busy Saturday brunch time. My husband's burger was delicious, and I thoroughly enjoyed the bibimbap!
Delicious meal and a fun atmosphere!
Appreciates getting a table so quickly
Friends recommended - a wonderful experience for a reasonable price. food was excellent as was the service.
We were short of time and they were very helpful keeping us on time! Food came out quick, check, everything was very efficient. Food was amazing! Thank u so much!
Always a reliably tasty meal at Little Goat, and the wait staff is one of the friendliest in the business.
Little Goat has been my go-to place for out of town friends and family ever since it opened. I have one friend from London who swore it had the best food int he city. It's still very popular, but I don't think I'll be back.
It seems victim of its own success. Like someone is taking lots of money out of the place but not putting anything back. When you walk in the door, the waiting area is shabby, hostess station has peeling paint, carpet is worn and dirty, staff seems disinterested. I had made a reservation for a birthday lunch and was willing to wait for a better table, but the host insisted on seating us in the booth next to the bathroom looking directly into the waiter's station. The food was just okay, whereas it used to be remarkable -- with interesting, surprising and satisfying flavors.
On a positive note, a gratis sundae showed up for the birthday girl. And that was a nice and thoughtful touch. It almost redeemed the entire lunch.
Had a fun lunch with a friend, my first time at the restaurant. Great creative menu, amazingly delicious food, a terrific server. Loved it!!
Surprised that some of my favorites were no longer on menu. Glad I made Open Table reservations to avoid the wait.
Food was good, Service was average. It was really loud in the restaurant.
Food was pretty good, big portions, good variety. Cute place and loved the photobooth
I've been here many times, and it's always great! I brought my parents (who get very upset with "Chicago prices") and they absolutely loved it! My mom even said it was one of the most memorable meals she's had in Chicago (I've lived here 8 years) and that the patty melt was beyond amazing.
Watermelon gazpacho was the soup of the day, excellent. We split the corned beef hash and the Los Drowned, both were excellent. Highly recommended!
The food is good and it is a great place for breakfast or lunch. Not recommended for dinner due to the noise from guests and background music.
