Livorno serves Italian food with a contemporary twist in an environment designed to delight guests’ senses and palates. Try signature dishes like wild boar ragu with melted mozzarella cheese and truffle potatoes and lemon or filet mignon wrapped in speck and served with foie gras sauce. Livorno also serves Abruzzo cuisine, a type of cuisine that comes from a region in central Italy that borders the Adriatic Sea. Due to its relative geographic isolation, Abruzzo is considered to be very traditional it is typically characterized by dishes made with saffron, lamb and seafood. Try specialty dishes like Calamarata pasta, made with duck confit, portobello and dried tomato, or shoulder of lamb with pickled peppers and potatoes. For dessert, try parrozzo, an almond cake from sheep's milk. Livorno offers a taste of the old and new. Guests can make reservations online.

Se nota que el restaurante está por cerrar, no tienen ingredientes para elaborar los platillos del menú y no tienen gran parte de lo que menciona la carta de vinos. Cambiaron al chef y ya no es ni la sombra de lo que fue hace año y medio. El servicio del personal es excelente pero eso no es todo lo que uno espera.
