Dear Richmond,
This little restaurant is our love letter to food. It's our happy little place, where we get to live the joy of feeding people everyday. We all grew up in spaces that equated food with love, just like this place. Everything we have done here is deliberate, from the art on the walls to the produce we use. We've made a point of sourcing ingredients from some of the best suppliers in the state, making sure that our menu reflects what's in season.

For us, this place is about experience: we try our best to make you feel both at home and 'out for something special'. Every plate that comes back wiped clean by someone who just couldn't get enough is a 'the hard work is worth it' moment for us.

Staff were so lovely and helpful. The food was great too, we ordered à la carte and thought the steak was cooked perfectly. The cocktail menu was very fun and also tasty!

Couldn’t decide what to eat so we got the chef’s selection and it was amazing! Really hard to choose a favourite dish but the steak was beautiful and the garlic prawns had the best sauce I’ve had in a long time. Awesome, attentive service and amazing cocktails too!

We visited Love Letter for our anniversary and we are so glad we did! The interior and vibe of the place was spectacular, we loved the dark themes. The staff were attentive and gave service with a smile. The food was exceptional, we had the scallop, Caesar salad, vodka pasta and steak frites which were all superb! The steak was perfectly cooked and delicious. It is expensive to dine here compared to other places, however you pay for what you get and we thoroughly enjoyed! The only big let down was paying $15 for a small can of cider! We would definitely come back though.

Amazing amotsphere and amazing staff, very friendly and charming, bring really good vibes too. My gf and I went here and absolutely loved it. The food was outstanding too, especially recommend the scallop and the pasta. We will definitely come back here very often!

The absolute standout was the service! My partner and I came in for our anniversary and were instantly greeted by the incredible staff with a really warm reception. I wish I could remember their names, but they were both so lovely and made us feel so welcome and looked after! I overheard them mention that they were short-staffed for the night, but I would have never noticed. Their service was the absolute highlight of our night. My partner and I both left saying we would absolutely come back just because of the service!
