Great menu with a good variety of choices. We really enjoyed the atmosphere. Casual and fun. Good service considering it was a very busy evening. Highly recommend reservations. Will definitely return.

Took more than 30 minutes after being seated for anyone to acknowledge us. Ordered our food right away as we had a show to attend and we needed to leave by a certain time. The food took more than an hour (appetizers included) to come out which left us with 10 minutes to eat. The pasta alla vodka just tasted like garlic and the pepperoni pizza barely had any cheese on it. Would not recommend or come back.

Food was great. Service started off good then declined the rest of the night. We talked to our server telling her the other would arrive 30 minutes and asked her if it would be a problem. We were told it wouldn't. When the other couple arrive our server was nowhere in site it took 10 minutes till I could flag her down. She took their drink order and apps. She came back took food order after a long time and the serviceof it took forever. Again she was nowhere in site. Our server came over told us we need to vacate our spot in 30minutes even though our food hadn't even arrive. I explained that she at no point told us we need to be out at a certain time. All of this could have been avoided by notifying us much sooner, putting our food on a rush order We may choose differently where we go the next time

Lucy’s you were a lovely delight! We enjoyed our time a great deal. You have a really pretty and cool “instagramable” vibe. We were joined with friends that just moved to your area and were excited to try out your restaurant! Manny was our server and she was lovely…. We ordered 5 apps, 5 mains (2 steaks and 3 pizzas). All of the apps were the tops & the Caesar salad was text book, as was the burrata! As for the mains, the steaks were done to perfection. 2 of the pizzas were good - a little too heavy on the salt distribution for sure so I would suggest you lighten the hand on the corse salt. As for the margarita pizza, the manager was kind enough to make me a 2nd one as the 1st pizza I ordered had about 1/8th the coverage of cheese, unfortunately the 2nd was pretty much the exact same. Don’t get me wrong, it was tasty but if you are looking for a big serving of cheese on your margarita pizza, this isn’t the place. Due to the delicate crust they aren’t able to make it like other things crusts you may be accustomed to like at Eataly, Famosa or Scaddabush…that is definitely more of a traditional style of Margarita pizza, and is my preference- but to each their own! All in all I would recommend Lucy’s for future dining while in London!

Went on a Friday for the Espresso Martini Tower (6 espresso martinis for $60). They were well worth the value. Tried the Peanut Butter cup, cinnamon toast crunch and regular espresso martinis, all were great! Good spt for girls night
