After receiving our order of Double order of Ribs & 1 Single order of Brisket + 3 Side orders (Mac & Cheese (okay), Cole Slaw (not good), Tots (good), The Ribs were very good (falling off the bone). The Brisket was very dry. We were offered the same Double order of Ribs, to take the place of the bad Brisket we received. We opted to take the replacement order home with us. Unbeknownst to me, my wife changed the take home order to 1 Rib & 1 Brisket. That was a mistake, the Brisket was half dry and the other was somewhat okay.

Hands down, best BBQ in California!! Even better, it seems to be made with a genuine love of the craft by the smiling chef (who was working hard with one assistant providing personal service to every customer there). It's rare to find quality vegetarian options at BBQ joints too, but the jackfruit was absolutely DELICIOUS (I had no idea it could be that good). The sides (brussel sprouts and mac n cheese) were perfect and the hushpuppies with honey butter have become my new sinful craving. My group also loved the beef and pulled pork!! We'll definitely be back.

Unfortunately they were understaffed only two people working they even had to close early. They only had ribs and chicken I got there at 6 pm so they must of sole out early. Ordered max and cheese it was very watery. The elite was ok but the fries and tater tots came out cold. Ribs were ok but chicken was very moist
