    Place stunk, was dirty and would not go back unless I was 19 on a bender with the boys.

    Bad service just because there is as only one bartender and she was overworked. She had to take orders, make drinks and deliver food too. It would be a good place if the service was better. I don’t blame the staff, it’s a Management issue.

    Had a wonderful time watching World Cup finals with friends! Food and drink prices were reasonable and there was a great selection, and we appreciate that the server proactively helped us with bills before it becomes too busy during the finals. Outside patio noise was moderate which was great as it was not too crowded, but the right amount of energy and fun!

    This place is not accessible in any way. Lots of stairs, but even worse, any large or extra-large women CAN NOT fit into the toilet cubicles. We had to leave early for this reason. DO NOT GO if you are not very slim.

    My experience at Madison’s this time was not good at all. The food was good but the service was so bad. My sever took my order (chicken wings, fries and beer) and I asked for water when she took my order. She didn’t bring any water. I asked for water again when she checked in and again nothing. Then later towards the end I had to ask another person at the bar to give me some water and he was like oh I’ll let your server know and I was like this is the third time I’m asking can you please just give it to me myself. Then when the bill came I was really surprised because it showed like $27 when in my head I was like two half priced appetizers should not be more than $17/18. Thankfully I asked her for the breakdown and she was like oops wrong table (almost instantly which makes me wonder if she knew it all along) and then brought out another bill which was like $23 or sth with tax (that made sense). Then I paid and she slammed the receipt so hard on the table and just left which I felt was extremely rude. This was my first visit to Maddie’s for the first time after 2021 and I was very disappointed.

    We booked an event at The Madison Pub. Staff were most gracious and accommodating. Spacious, private, clean. Our party was extremely pleased with the careful preparation made to be sure our event was successful. Food and service top stars. We love coming here. Would highly recommend. Thank you ❤️

    Waitron was terrific and the food was good. Sweet change of pace from reflective surfaces of so called fancier places.
