We come here for dinner about once a month. The service is exceptional and the food is always delicious and served hot. We were a party of 4 and chose to come on Tomahawk Tuesday. We ordered a few dishes, the chicken parm with their signature sauce, the Tomahawk, an order of Brussels sprouts, French fries, and a pizza- we had more than enough food. And some to take home. The tomahawk can easily be split between 3-4 guests. We will definitely be back. Need to try their weekend brunch and Sunday sauce menus!

As soon as you walk into the restaurant, you are greeted by beauty and warmth. A group of us went there to celebrate a birthday. The food was amazing - 4 of us had pastas, there were 2 chicken Mattone's, and one braised short ribs. We also had sides of asparagus, roasted brussels sprouts and hand cut fries. Very generous servings. For dessert, we had a tiramisu and a creme brulee to share. The birthday person got a candle and a birthday song! The service was impeccable, very warm and friendly. Added bonus was live jazz, which was the perfect note to a lovely celebration.

I have been to this restaurant several times and this was the first time dinner service was very rushed. We ordered our appetizers and entrees and within 10 minutes our appetizers came out (wagyu meatballs being cold). This would have been fine if not for the tableside Tagliatelle, then arriving 15 minutes after that. The server saw that we were just getting started on appetizers and parked the cart for a while. Then when we were ready for dinner our pasta entrees came out with NO TABLESIDE SHOW. This dinner service was rushed when the dining area was thinning out which I don't understand. This dinner alone has ruined a great reputation of Maeilla to me.

My husband and I came to celebrate our anniversary over dinner, and while we had noted this special occasion on our reservation, the staff didn't acknowledge it until my husband thoughtfully asked about dessert for the celebration—then they offered to comp it. The food was decent. Unfortunately, we were hoping to enjoy the Tomahawk Tuesday special, but it had sold out, as had the Filet Mignon, which left us feeling a bit let down by the limited options. We originally booked an 8:30 reservation but needed to shift it to 8:45 due to traffic delays, and we were informed there would be no grace period since the kitchen closes at 9pm—a policy we certainly understand. However, we couldn't help but notice that the staff seemed eager to wrap up for the evening, which created a sense of urgency that made our night feel hurried rather than leisurely. We did our best to enjoy ourselves despite these circumstances, but it wasn't quite the warm, unhurried experience we've come to expect. This restaurant holds special meaning for us, as we celebrated our wedding dinner here in 2023 and have returned each year to mark our anniversary. We were genuinely hoping for a more meaningful and memorable evening this time around.

I was expecting an elegant experience. It was my first visit. The food is ok. Nothing special. The cacio pepe is a wet mess. The rigatoni is straight from the box. Again nothing special. The meatballs were good. This place has potential. The tiramisu was good. They need to hire a new chef. The staff was attentive. I would probably just go for drinks…

This was our second time dining at Maiella, and somehow it was even better than our first! I had the Chicken Parmigiana with their delicious homemade sauce, and my guest had the NY Strip Steak, which was absolutely dripping with flavor. Both dishes were outstanding—perfectly prepared, generous, and incredibly delicious. And we can’t forget the Brussels sprouts! They are so flavorful and tasty and have quickly become one of our favorite sides to order. The service was excellent from start to finish. What really stands out at Maiella is the individual attention you receive from both the staff and management. They genuinely make you feel welcomed and taken care of, and that personal touch makes the entire dining experience that much more enjoyable. Great food, excellent service, and wonderful hospitality. We’re so glad we came back for a second visit, and we’ll definitely be returning again. Thank you to the entire Maiella team for another fantastic dinner!

Great experience however the statement regarding free parking in the garage if you get your receipt validated is false. Both times I’ve had to pay for the garage parking after following all the guidelines. The attendant in the garage even confirmed.
