We needed somewhere for a quick early dinner before a concert. We were well looked after by the friendly team. Service was quick and the tapas we had were tasty. The menu gives decent choice for meat eaters, fish eaters and vegetarians.

Matiz is a real find 10 mins from Waterloo, perfect for a leisurely' after-work dinner. We ordered tapas, starters, mains and desserts and all the dishes were delicious. The small wine list was well curated and sensibly priced and we indulged accordingly! The colourful South American decor and the warm welcome made up for the chilly weather outside. This restaurant is sure to become a favourite spot for our future get-togethers.

Had a lovely meal here for Valentine's day, the food was delicious and the service was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful We came at lunch time, so it was fairly quiet, but they have large tables for big groups and parties. We would definitely eat here again

We had a fabulous family gathering of 10 people. Both the food and service were excellent. Between us we enjoyed a number of tasty tapas dishes, starters and main courses. Both my wife and I had the delicious Seco de Chivo a braised lamb dish which we would highly recommend.

The food was outstanding. Particularly liked the papas bravas and the Peruvian ceviche, which were able to compare with the Ecuadorian version. Service was friendly and efficient - the complimentary gambas al ajillo was a really nice touch.

Food was good, except a bit too much fried. Good atmosphere. I hope you get more people in.
