My order was incorrect. Usually when this happens at other restaurants a manager would come by to inquire , this did not occur. Refills on drinks were also slow.

One big MEH for this place. The bar area looks nice, but we were seated in the back part of the restaurant is it was so brighyly lit that it felt unsettling. Our server had zero personality and was not terribly attentive. Overpriced and the food was just okay.

Great place to go for dinner in the Natick Mall. There is a very good variety of entrees and prices are reasonable. The choice of burgers in a bowl with arugula are very good. They have a large and very good choice of craft beer on tap. Our only complaint is that we sat at a table with 4 chairs near the bar and it was very cold. We asked if they could turn up the heat and the waiter told us they had turned it up. It got a little better, but was still chilly.

The Met Natick is a great dining option at The Natick Mall. We sat in the bar area which was busy. The burger choices are creative and very good, we got with arugula instead of a bun. The turkey burger and beef burger were very good. For a small upgrade you can get a large portion of brussel sprouts or other vegetable instead of fries. They have a large selection of draft and bottled beers. The waitress was very attentive and gave us great service.

Does not compare at all to the Met Back Bay. Hostess seemed overwhelmed and picked up the ringing phone and hung it up saying “these people”! Service was slow and no follow up - we needed silverware, someone’s order was incorrect and wanted another round of drinks but the server was busy waiting a large table and someone else dropped the food. My burger was way overcooked. Ambiance is cold and sterile in the main dining room. We had a party of 5 and were given a long rectangular booth for 4 and they pulled up a chair on the other side. Table was narrow (meant for 4 in the booth) so it was awkward and cramped. I used to dine here a lot but this may be my last visit. I do like the bar area though... the service and ambiance is much better. Still does not excuse the food.. and maybe better training for the hostess and main dining room staff
