                                                                                      When it comes to atmosphere, food, and pricing, Moretti is a fantastic choice for a meal in Toronto. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience! The menu offers a great variety of vegetarian and seafood options, making it an excellent spot for those who don’t eat meat. One thing worth clarifying, though, is that despite what some TikToks may suggest, the only halal meat option on the menu is the lamb chops. Thankfully, the abundance of vegetarian and seafood dishes still leaves plenty to choose from. Overall, great food, a lovely atmosphere, reasonable prices, and an experience I’d definitely recommend!

Unfortunately, the service was terrible. There were only two servers for the entire restaurant, while there seemed to be 7-8 bus staff. As a result, there was very little attention paid to customers. We had to repeatedly ask for everything. > > The most disappointing part was discovering that gratuity had been automatically added to our bill, even though we were only a party of two. When I questioned it, I was simply told, "Oh, we do that on weekends." This was never mentioned beforehand and felt like a forced charge rather than a tip earned through good > > Given the poor level of service we received, I am requesting a refund of the automatically added gratuity.                                                                                       We chose to dine at this restaurant based on the reviews. Unfortunately our experience was not in line with the reviews. Once seated we waited 15 minutes before anyone approached us. A server came over with a bottle of Aqua Panna water. We said we were fine with regular water and he began to pour the Aqua Panna water not letting us know we would be charged extra for it! We waited another 10 minutes before a server from the bar came over to take our order. I am gluten free and based on her suggestion she recommended the gluten free pizza that she claimed was quite good and enjoyed by many customers. My husband ordered a pasta dish and he specifically said he did not want the chili spice. Our meal came and immediately my husband mouth was on fire after one bite. My pizza came with the crust entirely burnt. The top of the pizza was fine but the crust was like eating a piece of doughy bread. This crust tasted like it was not homemade but rather premade and not quality. It tasted pasty and sad that a restaurant of this quality would serve this. Would not recommend this restaurant!

                                                                                      We love moretti as it’s was our favourite restaurant. We used to live in Burlington and found this restaurant. Now we moved to Ottawa and we’re in Toronto for a week. So want to refresh our restaurants like Moretti, Terroni . We went there but the service was not good. The server hopping to different tables but came 1 time to our table for order. The other customers were just drinking ( Tiff festival) but not ordering food. We ordered but felt disappointed with the service of that girl. The reputation of the restaurant totally depends on the service.

                                                                                      One of my go to restaurants when I am in the heart of downtown Toronto. Never a disappointment. The veal parmigiana was delicious and delicate. Service was friendly. Gianni, that oversees the restaurant, came over several times to check on us. He even has us sample fresh out of the oven pizza slices that topped off an incredible meal. Highly recommend Moretti, you won’t be disappointed.
