Nice concept, family brunch and we were quickly seated, waitress was very helpful when we asked for a band aid ( we had a bleeding finger cut at our hotel)..hangar steak came rare but had asked for medium rare..they quickly fixed the problem, the egg bénédict w salmon was great, buttermilk pancakes were very fluffy...really good....giving them only 4 stars because their coffee tasted like water....really bad for brunch

Our waiter, Blue, was the best. Friendly, attentive, knowledgeable about the menu and wine list and he was fun.

Wonderful! Something for everyone Vegan, gluten sensitivity, dairy allergy and regular meat eaters. All were happy the the food was fantastic! Our server had a great sense of humor and hope to see her again on our next reservation

I live in the area and was excited to try Morningside Kitchen. The restaurant offers a very nice dining atmosphere. We were seated in a small table in the center. Our server was friendly, attentive, and personable. I was not thrilled by the cocktail list - the selection centered on a couple spirits and were a bit more expensive than I was hoping. We ordered an appetizer and two entrees. Portions were large and it came quickly. I expected a bit more flavor in each dish than what was delivered. Despite being a little disappointed by the food, I do plan to try it again!
