Fantastic food. Excellent customer service. Tremendous attention to detail. Personalised menus and complimentary dessert given for my mom's bday was thoughtful and extremely generous.

We used to go to Morton's 20+ years ago - and have not been in that long. We went last night and a great example of turning a bad incident into a great experience. The staff was awesome - especially our server Ginny - who was really friendly and professional. Most all of the food that came out was delicious- except the Porterhouse. It was difficult to cut, lots of tendon/sinew, and you could chew it for minutes without it breaking down. It was a bad cut of steak. It happens. We showed the server and manager, and without hesitation they offered to change it to something else. We got a replacement tenderloin (small cut), and it was perfect. They took the porterhouse off the bill (which was the right thing to do), and bought us a round of drinks for the inconvenience. They offered to buy dessert, but we were full by that time. No hesitation. No uncomfortable argument/discussion on how the steak should have been. They made the decision to handle it, make it right, it seconds... not in minutes. What could have been an evening ruining meal, turned out to be a great experience. Kudos to the management and staff of Morton's. Sometimes food doesnt come out right. We get it. But the way your team handled it was worth more than anything. We will definitely be back soon!

My go to restaurant in Honolulu is Morton's, The Steakhouse. So when I planned a trip to Singapore for my birthday I check for Landry's properties and was pleasantly surprised there was a Morton's there, so I made a reservation. we were not disappointed and the ambience, service, professionalism, and food were all top quality. We especially appreciated my two servers, Subash and Catherine. They ensured all our needs were taken care of and provided great recommendations for the food. We were even greeted by the Restaurant Manager, Edwin Seow, who was equally engaging and accommodating. We appreciated being recognized for our birthdays with a special dessert, complete with a Borthday greeting. Morton's, The Steakhouse is a must for special dinners and corporate events.

The food we ordered was excellent, my husband had a ribeye and he thought it was one of the best he had ever tasted, I had seabass and it was delicious. The restaurant had contacted me and asked if there was any special occasion for making a reservation, I said it was my birthday and our wedding anniversary and they went out of their way to make the whole experience special. We were just passing through Singapore but if we are ever back again, the first place to go for dinner will be Morton’s Steakhouse.
