    Food was wonderful and staff were very attentive. I even asked for one or two items that weren't really on the menu and both were provided. Will be returning for next occassion.

    Had 2 problems. First was the sea bass which we ordered together with all the other main courses. It arrived only after we finished eating all the other mains. We just didnt eat it anymore and did take away for this instead. Second problem was the desserts. We preordered it already with the mains since we were already informed that it might take a while for this to be prepared which we understood so we made a pre-order already. We still had to wait a long while before it was served we almost stood up and left already.Had 2 problems. First was the sea bass which we ordered together with all the other main courses.     I felt hustled. But I was not going to ruin my son's birthday by complaining and arguing with the foreign managers/hosts. Instead, I'd like to give a warning to diners of the practices of this restaurant. 1. Steak size is obviously undersized . 22 oz or 623 grams looked around 200 grams below that, even with the bone. I eat a lot of steaks and this RIBEYE bone in was not 22oz for sure. 2. Wine Sommelier pours you a glass even if you haven't ordered any. Speaks tagalog and tries to impress (but comes out arrogantly asking if you want another glass) - we let it go 3. Wine Sommelier sells a glass of wine double the price when you didn't order it. - we let it go (The wine menu is designed to confuse diners this way) 4. I didn't order a starter, I was just asking about it, but suddenly arrived, maybe I wasn't clear, but the server should have confirmed it. I've never felt so hustled in a restaurant as much as this place. They probably need to practice these selling methods to sustain the foreign managers and high rent/enormous operation of the restaurant.

    I want to share my disappointing experience during a recent visit to your restaurant, especially given the premium prices. When dining at a restaurant of this caliber, I expect a certain level of service and attention to detail, but unfortunately, it fell far short. Service was chaotic and uncoordinated. Despite plenty of staff being present, we waited a long time just to place our initial order, and getting someone’s attention felt nearly impossible. I knew from a previous visit that the potato gratin contained bacon (something not disclosed on the menu). Since we don’t eat bacon, we asked for it to be omitted but were told it wasn’t possible. We changed the order, yet it still appeared on the bill at the end. There were other issues as well. My gin and tonic arrived flat and without garnish, and the fries were overcooked to the point that there was barely any potato left inside. The steaks, however, were excellent—cooked to perfection, which was the one highlight of the meal. The table service was also poorly managed. The fries arrived while the starter bowls were still on the table, and then the steaks were served with the clutter still sitting there. To add to the confusion, I was asked if I wanted dessert while I was still eating my steak, but when we were actually ready for dessert, we weren’t asked. To make matters worse, someone else’s takeout order was brought to our table. Additionally, the air conditioning was far too cold, making the atmosphere uncomfortable. While the manager did kindly adjust it, it was inexplicably turned colder again partway through the meal. I even saw other diners putting on their coats—who wants to eat in a restaurant while wearing a coat? Finally, the payment process was frustrating. When I asked to use the tap feature on the credit card machine, the waiter didn’t seem to know how it worked, which was surprising. I want to emphasize that while the steak was excellent, it’s simply not enough to justify the overall poor experience.
