   The serving of the cold beer could've been faster. Once it gets out of the ref, best to serve it at the table according to the diner's request. Other than that, food was superb.

   Morton’s is excellent. My 2nd time eating here at the BGC location and the food was much improved from the first visit in December. The steak and cognac sauce is wonderful. Highly recommended, it doesn’t get much better than this for a restaurant. I will be back again soon salamat.

   Excellent service! Grace our server did her job very well. Ambiance was likewise excellent; the place exudes luxury and table placements very well executed. Food was very good, except that they do ot have the portehouse which I usually order; and which they have in their other locations (USA)

   Steak was good. The ribeye does have more fat than normal. We have tried numerous steak houses in PH and abroad, mid level taste. Price a bit steep for the quality of steak. Ambience great! Staff were very responsive

   Great service! They had a violinist which was a nice tough. Ribeye was also good.

   Service was excellent, food was good with the exception of the rack of lamb which was underwhelming especially considering the price. Overall pricing was considerably higher than comparable fine dining steakhouses without achieving a higher standard for quality and value.

   For a later NYE dinner service, we were sat down immediately but did not clear the rest of the 3 place settings (3 of us in a 6 top) as informed. The place was not busy at 9:45 pm and yet it took them over 15 mins to serve water and deliver our drink orders. I had to flag down the manager to point these things out as I feel that nobody was taking care of our table. Dinner service was prompt, the food is just a little over mediocre for the price you pay, the cocktails were just okay. The worst part is the unacceptable 3k price increase on a bottle of wine that I selected and their reasoning is that the price list was not updated. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! Diners cannot be blindsided with an ad hoc price increase because you did not update your menu. Our server was pleasant and accommodating thus the 3 stars. Otherwise, this place deserves 2 stars at most.

   We made a reservation on 11/29 for 12/24. We received a lengthy text message 4 hours before our reservation informing us of the holiday menu and asking for our email address and “ To finalize your reservation, we need the final pax (excluding kids aged 12 years old and below), along with a 50% downpayment.” I understand the holiday menu - but am unsure why they would choose to wait until the day of to reservation to ask for payment. Further the reservation is secured with a credit card through OpenTable. The staff was friendly upon arrival and seated us. We ordered soup, steak, sides and desert, along with two drinks, one for now and one for later. The bread and butter were wonderful. Upon delivery of the soup we had to ask for spoons as we only had the small dessert spoons. We were eventually brought regular spoons, but being a high end steakhouse we were surprised we didn’t get real soup spoons. When our steaks were served we had to ask 3x for the drinks we had ordered. The peppercorn sauce served in the gravy boat had a hard crust that prevent it from being poured onto the steak - best guess it sat too long under the heat lamp waiting for the other foods to be prepared. We did send it back for a new one that didn’t have the issue. The sides were unremarkable. The service overall seemed a touch slow - mostly on the service side. Once ordered the food was prepared quickly. The most remarkable event of the evening was the mouse that ran in front of the bar to under an unoccupied table. We told our server who seemed unbothered. For the price charged I had expected more service wise. Finally about that holiday menu - we were disappointed to see items not on the holiday menu being severed - specifically oysters that are my spouses favorite that he would have ordered if given the chance. It seems the restaurant was honoring request for items not on the holiday menu which would have been nice to know when ordering food.

    Christmas eve dinner. Orders were incorrect, had to remind our waiter for the lacking orders. Specialty stake which costs around ₱9k is just so so. Don’t upgrade to “Oscar”, it doesn’t enhance the steak, ruins it actually. Side dishes are just okay.
