Always an excellent experience
By far one of the best dining experiences ever! Service was impeccable, food was AMAZING and the space is lovely. We switched seats after placing our cocktail orders and the waitstaff knew who ordered what during delivery. They serve "family style" so everyone in your party can share. Portions for a two course meal are quite large. The fried rice side is chock full of shrimp and is the best I've ever tasted. The green prawns are a house specialty and are wonderful!! The spicy sauce We ordered the chocolate cake and grand marnier oranges for dessert - both were absolute perfection. The espresso and cappuccino were equally impressive but the brown sugar cubes served with our coffee drinks were over-the-top delicious. Service and pacing were perfect! When an assistant waiter accidentally dropped a dish near our table, there was an immediate apology and the issue cleaned with urgency. The restaurant comped our desserts for the inconvenience. It was a minor accident and they were so swift to respond, we hardly noticed it all. Everything was amazing!! I cannot wait to return.
Mr.Chow is always a standard stop when we arrive in Miami...Food great, ambiance fantastic and the staff is always polite/professional.
Great social distancing and felt very comfortable. Outside is great.
Service was amazing, what a perfectly coordinated team!
It was great but they forgot to pack our prawns to go
friendly fast and professional- yummy as always too!
Food quality is overpriced. Too commercialized and no longer authentic. Expansion has hurt quality.
Horrible will never go there again service is crappy
Peking Duck was amazing. Nice presentation.
Outstanding food, wonderful service.
The place is elegant but moderated perfect for dates or bussines meals. The service is great, the food delicious. Not cheap at all but not extremely expensive. Good wines and great ambiance. I’ve been there more than 10 times and will keep going.
Such a wonderful time. We read the mixed reviews, not sure if we wanted to go. What a wonderful experience, awesome staff, awesome food, and we talked to the people around us. A highly recommend, and we’ll be back soon
Fantastic as sleays
It is one of the best restaurants I have ever gone to! Food and service is exceptional!!
The food was very good. And, the waitresses were incredible. Great experience!
The service was overly attentive to the point of being annoying. Dishes came out of the kitchen in the order they were prepared not how we would have preferred to eat them. Then the bus boys hover over you to remove your plate before you have had time to enjoy your plate. A sever was there constantly over poring the water. The food was hot and well prepared well. The place was lovely but being over served made it unpleasant
Mr Chow is as much about theatre as it is about food. At 9:00 pm every night you hear a loud gong and some chanting. Then a noodle specialist comes out and makes beautiful noodles by hand, with much fanfare and applause at the finish. There are waiters and servers everywhere, who are extra polite—I counted four tiers of servers. And everyone is in white, and so are the lavish flowers. Needless to say, you will never have to pull out your own chair. As for the food, the crab and corn soup was superb, and it was doled out at our table from a silver tureen. The duck was tasty but overcooked. The prices also are quite high. But the food may not matter as much to you as the experience!
Outstanding! We thoroughly enjoyed our meals and the noodle making demonstration was a bonus! Get the duck and the Mr. Chow Noodle. Delicious!
High quality food and great service. Finished my meal with excellent cup of illy espresso.
Having loved Mr Chow locations in Manhattan we where looking forward to trying the Miami restaurant.
Arrogance by the young staff can be fatal to a restaurant with mediocre food and they don’t even realize it
Dinner with business colleagues. Outstanding as usual from Mr Chow. Service very good - not as good as usual but it was a busy evening.
The soup dumplings were sooo yummy. Excellent meal all around. We had the Gamblers duck - just perfect, same as the chicken. Both the Mr. Chow noodles and the sautéed rice were also delicious side additions. Definitely recommend this restaurant.
Mr Chow Miami was amazing, the staff were so nice and the food was great.
Go and Go again and again...we enjoyed it immensely ...get the Duck!
Service and ambiance at Mr. Chow was great! Our waiter, Alex, was very friendly and informative.
The food was overpriced for the quality, but still good.
We had a terrible experience. We were seated and waited 25 minutes for someone to take our orders and another 40 minutes before any food arrived. People who were seated after our party were served before us. The food was fine but not spectacular. Very expensive and tiny portions. A big disappointment.
Great food as always, sorry to say the service was terrible.
Been here at least a dozen times. Always great food and memorable experience.
One of our favorite restaurants when we come to Miami
Crazy Saturday night I'm sure due to the weather outside eliminating seating. Took over a half hour to just get through the line to check into the hostess stand for our 9:00 pm reservation. Once we made it that far it was only 10 minutes more before we were seated. The staff was very attentive and did a nice job of guiding us through the menu. The food unfortunately was just average which means for the price it was a poor value. The best thing we consumed was the short ribs and they were not outstanding. Probably give it another try some time to make sure it wasn't just an off night in the kitchen.
Was absolutely awful. Didn’t even get to eat. My wife and I had an 8:30 reservation. When we got to the restaurant at 8:30 the crowd around the hostess was so crazy we didn’t talk to her until 8:50. Then she tells us to be patient as there were people with 8:00 reservations that hadn’t sat yet. I told her the system is broken and she agreed. And then the valet wanted to charge me $25 for 20 mins. I live in Miami Beach and I’m telling all visitors do not waste your time. There are so many better options that do not have this crap. Was a total mess.
Not what I expected. The food is not that good. The lychee martinis were weak. I had like 6 of them and wasn't drunk. Ordered lobster and lots of pieces weren't even meat. Just shells. They sat us in the "family" section with a bunch of toddler tables. Go to Nobu instead!
There was a wait for people with reservations. They seemed over booked because of rain maybe
Way too crowded. Everyone was on top of each other. Tables were way too close to one another. Only saw our server twice throughout the dinner. Water glass was always empty. I’ve been there many times and the servers are always welcoming. This time not one person greeted our party. Very disappointed with the serve. Food was still excellent
They sat us after a 1 hour wait and did not apologize about it. The manager, Stefan, was extremely arrogant, rude, and condescending.
We waited 80 minutes for our table to celebrate my daughters 17th birthday and the table never came available. Not the evening I wanted her to have! The hostess didn’t do much to reassure us and no one seemed to care. That’s what happens when your reputation exceeds the actual experience, you get arrogant and forget what’s most important - your customers.,
The worst experience. We waited for an hour and a half for our 8 pm reservation. The hostess was incompetent. She kept saying that she would find us at the bar. She didn’t even try. We went to the stand 3-4 x. It was ridiculous. We went to the concierge at the hotel to try to find a back u plan. The city was sold out so there was no hope. It ruined our weekend and I e the ere from out of town. Never ever g here. I lived in so many great cities - New York City, iToronto and bow chichi. Ridiculous ! And the food wasn’t even good. They should be embarrassed. I would never take clients here , ever
Table wasn’t ready on time. We wait like hundred people at the bar for hours! It not serious or respectful at all. People were eating with other people behind there back. I mean literally!
