Fathers Day breakfast was terrific!
We pick NoMi to celebrate our 10th Wedding Anniversary. We were not disappointed. The food was incredible. The staff was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We can’t wait to return!
Food was overall very delicious. The only let down was the size of the spring pea salad, as well as the oysters.
The desserts were amazing however, and definitely were the highlight of the evening.
Always a fav!!
We had a fabulous meal and the view over looking Water Tower and Michigan Avenue was
Our waiter was very friendly and the staff was quick to remover plates and serve new silverware. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
Had a very nice 35th Wedding Anniversary. Food, Wine, Service and the view were all excellent!
My parents and I spent 3+ hours delightfully enjoying brunch and celebrating my sisters birthday. The staff kindly let us have an exquisite window table for that long and never bothered us to move, answered our every meal request and special desire, and took such good care of us. We enjoyed it!!
Got there early - seated in advance of our reservation - Thank you!
Lovely brunch menu - Everyone enjoyed their food + wine immensely.
Will come back more often.
Not only is the food great, but the staff caters to your every need. We were lucky enough to have Patrick as our server and he is the most professional server I have ever seen. Not only does he know the food, but he is also extremely well versed on the wine list, which by the way is extensive.
We were having a birthday celebration and a small cake was brought with our desserts and had a Happy Birthday card in chocolate.
Can't wait to return.
Receptionist was not professional. She was rude.
Always an Elegant Dining Experience!
From the Valet to after dinner drinks inside or out on the terrace, NoMI is a Class Act. Excellent service, cuisine, drinks, view, & ambiance. Completely satisfied every time!
This must have been our 15th Nomi visit, since moving to Chicago 2 years ago.
The food is very well done and delicious, they keep it simple. The sushi is top notch.
But, what Brings us back is the staff. 2 to be named - Oscar, who waits tables and Tony, probably the best bartender in the city.
Tony makes you feel welcome, important and appreciated. There are so many snooty, ‘you’re welcome’ bartenders in the chicago area!! Tony is the best!!
If you want to feel taken care of and treated perfectly get Oscar to wait on you.
We’ve always had a great time there and leave every time looking forward to our next visit!
Great location for lunch. Fabulous views from the 7th floor of the Park Hyatt in downtown. Nice place have a business lunch- very impressive!
Great food and ambiance with great service made for a thoroughly enjoyable brunch.
The food was spectacular! Best duck I have ever had! All the plates we ordered were superb! And the service was top notch! It could have not been better!!! The restaurant is gorgeous and well located.
PERFECTION IN EVERY WAY!
Birthday...service was perfect. Matched the food, actually.
My wife and I moved to Chicago less than one year ago. We've had lunch here on two occasions and were very pleased.
This time, we took our children and family for Sunday brunch.
Lunch -- very good
Food -- meh
Service -- meh
Best to avoid Sunday brunch.
We had the best table and the best meal for my mom and her dear friend’s 70th Birthdays. Our waitress was perfect and they brought out cute deserts that said “Happy Birthday”. The manager also brought our mom’s a glass of Wine. They also let us sit at the table for over 3 hours. It was very memorable.
We have been frequent diners at Nomi over the years. Our dinner last evening was a huge disappointment. While the venue was great, wonder table and very good food, the service was unacceptable. It appeared the waiter simply did not have time for us. He had some special guests he spent considerable time with that he appeared to know well but his few other tables were left pretty much on their own. He was pretentious, non-service oriented and indifferent to the needs at our table. He did not ask if we wanted more drinks, how we were enjoying our food or recognize our special occasion. His associates were kind and helpful in responding to our few basic requests—a second drink and paying the check. We expect more from the Park Hyatt and Nomi.
It was a great experience per usual
This is only my third visit to NoMi, but it never fails to please. The service is exceptional, the food choices delicious, and the presentation is part of the art that I so enjoy. I never feel rushed when I am there. It is a little noisy, but I am not sure how that could be corrected. The main raison d'etre is the glorious food and service. I give it my top rating. One of the best, and I have been privileged to travel widely!
Wonderful experience - really loved the curried carrot salad
We waited nearly 40 minutes for a single sushi roll. Although we planned to order more food, we ultimately decided to leave after the roll arrived as we did not want to wait another 40 minutes. The restaurant was busy, but certainly not full enough to justify the long wait and the fact that our waiter rarely checked in with us. Overall, our experience was disappointing even though the atmosphere was nice and the appetizer and sushi roll were good.
Very good. Very expensive. If you are on an expensive account, go for it. If you are a senior traveller that stays at 4-5 star hotels world wide, it is expensive but not over the top. Just beware.
We had a wonderful experience from the beginning to the end!!! Will totally recommend this restaurant. The servers were amazing!!
Great Chicago view. A place to impress for that special meeting
The food was great! Especially the artichoke soup with truffle and the pistachio mousse. The scallops were really good. The presentation was outstanding!
Dimitra was lovely. She greeted us and remembered us by name every morning. Efficient service by Matthew. Our favorites were NoMI Benedict with crab salad and pico de gallo; Mashed Avocado Toast with salad; Smoked Salmon on Everything bagel.
We always go to No Mi when we are in Chicago!! The view is spectacular along with the great food, wine, and service!!
An absolutely fabulous late night dinner at NoMi. Perfect in every way. It was James Beard week, so the Beard menu was available in addition to the already diverse choices on the regular menu and sushi menu. Service was attentive but not invasive. We will be back.
We enjoyed a wonderful Anniversary dinner at NoMI. Everything we ordered was fantastic and the service was attentive and friendly. Our table faced out towards Michigan Avenue into a cool sunny day.
The overall value was good, and pricy but if you come here looking for a deal or huge portions you will be dissatisfied.
We wanted ambiance, delicious food, precise service & gorgeous views for a special occasion and NoMI was fabulous for all of that!
It was great. Our server was excellent.
Met for a business breakfast. Attentive but unobtrusive service. Quiet enough for easy conversation and liked the fact that tables are not on top of one another. Excellent food (we both had egg dishes) and were lucky to have a seat by the window where we benefited from sunshine and a view of the lake.
Beautiful view, breakfast was delicious, nice ambiance. Totally recommend
As always, delicious with a beautiful view
Steak tartare was terrible and got very sick from one east coast oyster that i knew was bad immediately after eating. Beautiful space but food needs help
