This restaurant offers a discerning diners a meal that quintessentially represents the Hunter Valley, whether you choose to dine alfresco or take in views of the pool and manicured ground or head in side for a vibrant and relaxed atmosphere. Exclusive wines are expertly paired with a twist on Sri Lankan cuisine, such as coconut roti and chilli onion sambal to start, or Ceylon tea smoked duck breast, roasted beetroot emulsion, orange, feta and lemongrass foam. Treat yourself to a sous vide rack of lamb with papadum and curry leaf crust, eggplant moju and sweet tamarind sauce, accompanied by a glass of Margan Cabernet Sauvignon.     Amazing dinner at Oak & Vine. Highly recommend the half shell scallops and the blue swimmer crab. Lovely ambience and excellent service. Look forward to coming back.

    Best Sri Lankan food we ever ate in Australia! We even complimented the chef "the food was better than what we ate in Sri Lanka" Service was excellent, and waiting time for food was very reasonable and because it was our wedding anniversary dinner they decorated our table, I really liked the effort which is so rare to find these days!

    OpenTable registration had not reached the venue. Hence they didn’t even know it was a birthday dinner. Luckily, it wasn’t full and we were seated at a nice table. Apart from one male server, who was polite and charming and was the only one who attended to our needs, the others didn’t bother about us at all. Food was good but more suited to the western palate (mindful it was inspired cuisine) but an extra chilly would have got it closer. It was tasty and would have been fantastic if the dark winter night had not closed off the views. Not a bad idea experience but not a memorable one either.

    First time at Oak & Vine, for a sisters weekend away. Really enjoyed the food, relaxed ambience and the service all very good. A little expensive but value for money as good meal servings.

    We absolutely loved dining at Oak & Vine Restaurant. The food was outstanding! The Sri Lankan cuisine was to die for!! I think the set menu is amazing value for money and the food was so top notch! The staff were so lovely and attentive and the chef even came out and chatted to us about the food which was great! We will definitely be coming here again!!

    Overall, a very good restaurant. The staff is friendly, food is great and the venue is relaxing. The only point of attention is the timing between services. We waited a long time between the starters and main. We needed to reach out to members of the staff twice and check on our food.

    Food was excellent. Flavours (Sri Lankan) were married well with each course we had. We were a group of 4 and each had different entree, mains and desert. The only downfall was the wait staff were too slow to attend, and after the first wine pour, we were left to pour the wine ourselves. This lack of service was more than made up when the chef came out and greeted diners at each table and sought their feedback.
