Delicious Lebanese food in a lovely setting -- it's in a mini-mall, but once inside one forgets that as the decor is special. We were there on the evening of a bellydance showcase, which was a lot of fun. The food is outstanding -- I had the Falafel salad and hummus as an appetizer, my guests had lamb and chicken and everyone was delighted with their meal. Service was excellent, friendly and helpful, despite the restaurant being pretty much completely full.

Great atmosphere for a family dinner. Portion sizes were great and the food was delicious. Our server was amazing and very friendly.

The food was good, not the best Lebanese food I have ever had, but good. The bread is fresh baked and amazing! What was bad about this restaurant was the service. I made a reservation at 7PM, which was an option on Open Table. I saw that it closed at 8PM, but I know I can eat in an hour. There were no other guests when we arrived. The waitress was very rude, hurried us to order, slammed our drinks and food on the table, and made it very clear that she wanted to leave earlier than 8PM and our reservation had thwarted her plans. She kept reiterating that the kitchen was about to close, even though my reservation was at 7PM. So we felt very rushed and it was not a good experience. To top it off, they turned the bright cleaning lights on at 7:50, which was an obvious sign for us the get the hell out. I would not dine here again.

My fourth visit to Oasis. The food as always was wonderful and plentiful. The service as always was attentive. This visit, I had the Lamb Shwarma Plate, which came with basmati rice. The lamb was excellent, and not over seasoned as shwarma sometimes can be. I started with humus with lamb on top, (making for a very nice contrast in flavor and textures), which lasted through the meal, shared with my wife. Two large "rounds" of bread, each a foot wide came with the humus. Oasis is an oasis in Hillsboro for great Lebanese food, without the challenges associated with going into the city.
