    Great place to eat! Love their fried chicken dinner. Make sure you make a reservation so you don’t get turned away! Great service from the hosts and servers. Great price too!

    Was my birthday dinner. I made reservations. Still had to wait a bit when we came in . Thats fine, but we then were sat at a weird uncomfortable table for 4 in the middle of a bunch of crying kids. Just my husband and I. Opposite of romantic. We waited 45 minutes for food. Watched several tables come in 10 plus minutes after us and be done eating way before us . Our waiter was nice but she did not come back and check on us to offer maybe a bread basket while we waited . She came back 45 mins later with the food and said sorry that was so long then left. Only refilled my drink after we were done eating and waiting on the bill. Never refilled my husbands. Food was good but it was too loud , too crowded, and not worth the cost and wait . Table was a weird angle and made it hard to look at eachother and talk .

    The waiter was all smiles but lacking in service. We never received any water for the table. He was quick to close out a $175 lunch bill, but when we were done my 80yr grandma asked for a soda (no water on the table) and he brought her a soda and gave her the bill. I was embarrassed. I wished I had chosen Ringside for our lunch. I could've changed my reservation from 3:30 to 4pm to dine at Ringside instead of OG. Now that I know what I know, waiting for Ringside to open would have been a better choice. Their food And their service is impeccable!

    We were very disappointed with the meal. The fish and chips : French fries were soggy and portions were skimpy in the fish and coleslaw My hamburger was good but, fries were also soggy. Our waitress was nice but, not very attentive.

    We dine at OG every other month or so. This was a birthday lunch for one of us. The special card from staff and the fruited ice cream treat is so appreciated!

    Our server Sean was amazing. Very polite. Kept checking with our table and I had our order exactly right thanks for a pleasant evening. It was our first time at the Oswego Grill and we can’t wait to return.

    There were open booths, but we (3) were seated right next to entrance of building. Our food was cold, as they seemed understaffed. It was extremely loud and all traffic passed us by while being led to their booth or table. Our bill seemed moderate, but lacked in quality. I will think twice about returning.
