We had good service at Panico's, but our food was just okay. My chicken was overcooked, and my husband's lobster ravioli was very heavy on the sauce. However, he very much enjoyed his clam chowder.

The pizza came with a huge puddle of grease . We had to hold up each slice and let the grease pour off. We’ve had some great meals here but the past couple times left much to be desired unfortunately

FAQs

Panico’s Bistro is open daily for dinner. According to the restaurant, regular hours are 5:00 PM–10:00 PM every day. If you’re planning a special night or holiday, call ahead to confirm hours and availability.

Yes, guests report being seated outside and enjoying patio dining when weather permits. Outdoor seating provides a quieter alternative to the busy indoor dining room; request outdoor seating when you make your reservation in season.

Yes, call ahead. Guests report that staff accommodate seating preferences, celebrations (birthday surprises), allergy requests, and special menu needs when notified in advance. Because Panico’s can get busy, phone ahead to confirm seating location (upstairs vs. downstairs), notify the team about allergies, or request celebratory touches so staff can prepare.

Yes, Panico’s is a charming, romantic spot with excellent Italian fare and a warm, buzzy atmosphere, but it can get quite loud when full. Guests praise the attentive servers, generous portions, brick-oven pizzas and candlelit, renovated‑church dining room. For a quieter, more intimate evening request an early seating, ask to be seated upstairs, or call ahead about table placement. Bring a bottle of wine (BYOB) to make the night special.

Panico’s is family‑owned. The owners and staff emphasize a warm, welcoming experience, and guests frequently mention managers/hosts (such as "Max") who treat regulars personally, reflecting a close, family‑run operation.

Go early on a weeknight or during the off‑season for the most relaxed experience. Guests say early seatings and weekday visits are quieter, while weekend nights and summer peak times are busy and noisy. If you want a calmer table, request an upstairs spot or an early reservation and call ahead to confirm seating.

Casual dress is appropriate. The owner lists the dress code as Casual Dress, and guests commonly dine in relaxed, comfortable attire while enjoying fine‑quality Italian dishes and a warm, friendly dining room.

Yes, guests reference a sister restaurant called Secondo that’s part of the same group. If you’re curious about other locations or concepts, call Panico’s to confirm details and hours for any sister restaurants.

Family-friendly: yes, guests frequently bring children, celebrate birthdays, and report accommodating service for families. Pizza and shareable dishes make dining with kids easy. Accessibility details (ramps, wheelchair seating) aren’t specified in guest comments or owner info, so call ahead if you need confirmed accessible seating or accommodations.

Panico’s has a warm, energetic vibe in a renovated church setting, high ceilings, candles, and friendly staff create an inviting atmosphere. That energy makes for a lively night out, though many guests warn it gets loud when full. Expect cheerful service, bustling tables, and an upbeat Italian‑Mediterranean dining experience; book early or ask for a quieter spot if you want a more intimate mood.

Portions at Panico’s are generous, many guests say entrees are large enough to share and that you’ll likely have leftovers. Reviewers frequently mention "huge portions, " "plenty for two, " and value for the price. If you prefer lighter servings, consider sharing a main or starting with an appetizer and a pizza. The large portions make it easy to sample multiple dishes.

Yes, families and children dine here regularly. Guests often bring teens and younger kids, and pizza/brick‑oven items are popular with children. There’s no consistent mention of a kids’ menu, so consider sharing a pizza or ordering smaller plates. For a smoother visit with young children, plan an early seating and let the staff know you’re bringing kids.

Weekdays (Monday–Thursday) or early evenings are the best choices for a calmer meal. Guests report that weekday visits and earlier seatings avoid the weekend crowds and high noise of peak summer nights. If you must come on a weekend, reserve early and request an upstairs table to improve comfort.

Yes, Panico’s lists daily evening hours (5:00 PM–10:00 PM) and guests have dined there for holiday and special‑occasion meals. Still, holiday hours and special events can vary, so call ahead to confirm availability for a specific public holiday.
