We went midweek, so was a little quiet. The food was very tasty. Had some cocktails which were average, but had a very nice bottle of Puglia Primativo wine. The service was a little lacking. We struggled to get tap water, and cheese for the pasta. We were initially told there was no Tiramisu, but then eventually told there was some- it was worth waiting for as it was delicious. Then when the bill came, we were told service was included but it was suggested we add an extra tip if we wanted. So in summary, food was great, service not so much.

Great restaurant and live freshly made pasta. The sauces are delicious. Don’t be rushed to order, eat and leave. Spread it out a little (without hogging a table for hours) to enjoy the dining experience more

We visited Pasta Evangelists for our three year anniversary. We met in Italy and wanted to eat something Italian in memory of that. The highlight of the visit was the VG Gigli Pistachio, Cashew & Chilli Pesto Pasta. It was probably one of the best pasta dishes we've had in a very long time, it was delicious! We were served by Gaurav. We received excellent service, nothing was too much trouble. The only small downside is that the restaurant is very small, and there was a huge party/pasta making workshop taking place at the time we were eating which was very lively and noisy, and not the ideal backdrop for a romantic dinner for two. Unfortunately there isn't really any escaping it, but the best we could do was to be sat on high-top chairs facing the window. We made the most of it, but just something to consider if you're looking to come here for a romantic meal. Our bill came to £85 for two pasta dishes, grilled vegetables on the side, a side of mozzarella, a Burrata sharing board to start, a Prosecco, a soda water, a large beer, and 12.5% service on top.

Pretty good, the cherry tomato sauce was excellent, as was the focaccia on the charcuterie board. The special lemon pasta sauce was okay, but didn’t have much lemon flavour. The desserts were good. Would go again, but stick to the main menu, not the seasonal specials
