This brilliant, new concept is a labour of love by kitchen powerhouse Jason Chan who has gained his culinary experience by working with the best in the industry. Canton Kitchen is the vibrant coming together of a carefully thought and planned journey to produce an enticing menu of both traditional and modern sharing dishes.
Jason's extensive cheffing background stems from a string of hatted and market leading Sydney venues including Merivale's Queen Chow, Andrew McConnell's Supernormal in Melbourne and China Diner in Bondi. He is Chinese restaurant industry blue blood, starting his journey at his parent's popular eatery as a child and is now a sifu (master) in his own right, by injecting his clever twists and modern flare into Cantonese favourites, that will take you back to your own childhood.
Excellent service, tasty food, prices are good, differently will not be ordering cold tofu dish next time.

The best we have had and have already told all our friends. The food was amazing from start to finish. The service was impeccable and all the staff were so attentive. Loved how the manager even came over and helped and chatted with us. Absolutely wonderful experience and can’t wait to go back

Great dining experience- friendly and attentive staff and great food. Ferraro Roche Fried ice cream, duck fried rice were my favourites 😋
We had our Xmas dinner there for 25 x staff members.
We were looked after extremely well with the table service and the friendliness of the staff.
The food was lovely and plenty of it.

Our waitress could hardly understand that I wanted to order starters then mains.. also couldn’t explain portion sizes correctly so ended up with way to many entree’s.. I felt that three dishes (calamari, salt n pepper pork and lemon chicken all had the same coating.. quite small portion sizes for the price. A couple of dishes were very bland..

We tried the new Canton Kitchen at BANKSTOWN Sports Club. Amazing. Food presentation and taste was 1st class. A must try is the pork belly, so soft.
