Usually we love Perry’s and have a great experience but we took our friends the first time for his birthday and we did not experience our usual satisfaction. I’m not sure if it was

Birthday Dinner

Service as very slow. Our Waitress was less than personable or friendly. 3 out of the 4 diners ordered the same filet ...all three were obliviously different in weight. No serving spoons were provided for the side dishes.

We chose Perry’s to celebrate our marriage this last Thursday! We wanted something low key but romantic. I have to say, we got a small gesture of rose petals which I appreciated but our waiter went above and beyond to make our dinner special. He gave us recommendations, we were floored by the Brussel sprouts! We ended the evening with a dessert sample dish he brought to the table. Amazing service and great food. Can’t wait to dine here again!!!

We asked for a quiet room & were seated in a room in the back. It is something that is probably used for private parties but we loved it!

As indicated in my ratings the service and food was outstanding. I could'nt ask for anything better. I had an 8 oz filet, medium well and it was cooked as requested. It was excellent quality meat and the quantity was enough that we had enough to take away. The cost of the meal and service was at a premium, but we were prepared to pay a lot for the meal and service. At these prices we can only afford to eat at Perry's on special occasions, which was the case this night. Because it was our anniversary the restaurant gave us a complimentary sampler tray of deserts and this was appreciated.

For special occasions I would recommend Perry's as an excellent choice. Reservations can be made on line or through an APP (Open Table). I recommend using the APP because I could not go back and view our reservations made on the Perry's website. Its possible I did something wrong, but the result was two identical reservations. I was able to call Perry's before arrival and cancel one of the reservations.

Food was really good , worth the price ! The service was really nice as well .

Disappointed with new senior menu. Plus shift change must be at 4:00 pm, so not the typical amount of Perry’s service.

Why have I never tried the famous pork chop??? Absolutely delicious. Service here is always great, especially when we are served by Janie.

This was a surprise for my wifes birthday and was wanting a great experience because I know Perry's is a wonderful place to eat. We just got placed at a wrong table with a waitress that was not having a good day. The service was not what I would call extraordinary. Sorry if she was having a bad day, but I was trying to give my wife a birthday to remember. Food was great!

Disappointed in the amount of food portion for the cost.

A place for friends to go and catch up. Noise level allows for good conversation. Decor, food and service all outstanding.

We Loved it! They were having a New Year special so it made it more affordable. Otherwise it is a bit on the pricey side because you have to pay for sides separately.

Absolutely amazing experience. My wife and I were celebrating our 10yr anniversary. We were seated at a table that had rose pedals in the center. Our waitress was phenomenal. The food and experience was some of the best I've ever had. The manager came over to our table to wish us a happy anniversary. And to top off an already great experience, we were given a complimentary dessert.

Very professional staff, elegant atmosphere, and fantastic selection !!

The overall experience was great. However everytime we’ve gone to Perry’s they always ask if it’s a special occasion. This time the waiter never asked so we told him it was my birthday and he just kind of said ok. We specifically went to Perry’s because it was my birthday, my 40th and I’ve always been under the impression that you ask for a specific reason but maybe I was wrong.

First visit to Perry's Steakhouse. Reservation made on a booth for 4ppl. Showed up early. Table wasn't ready. Receptionist said she would text us when table was ready. Waited 30mins in our car. I called to find out what happened, "I am sorry, someone lied and said they were you and took your table." So we walked in and they tried to seat us outside of my reservation request. Then sat us down in someone's reserved seat. We had to move. By this time, we were disappointed and ready to leave after an hour of poor service! The manager said "Next time you come by, we will seat you in a booth!!" Really? First responders, locamotive engineer and Bank Branch Manager ready for relaxation, but very disappointed in the Champion's Forest location.

The food, as always, was excellent, however, the service could have been better, My coffee cup was not filled in a timely manner and remained empty a couple times while I attempted to attract our server.

In a time of restrictions and sequestering, it is a nice to know that Perry's is still there, with a vibrant atmosphere even on a Sunday night. I would definitely go back there when family comes to visit as it is a very nice place on this side of town.

Probably one of my WORST experiences at Perry’s and I go once or twice a week. I was so disappointed!

Food service was abysmal and it wasn’t even crowded

Had to get my own silverware from the bar.

Had to Open my own wine bottle.

My pork chop came out ice cold.

If Perry’s continues this downhill spiral to this level of service, they will be the cause of their own demise.

Sorry to say it, as I used to LOVE Perry’s, not so much anymore. Sad but true!

Fisher took great care of us & was always prompt in anticipating anything that we needed. Nick was engaging as he had an outstanding presentation of our flambé desserts.

With this being my 1st time here, they made my birthday extra special !! I will be back !
