Our waiter was great. The only problem was that we were seated next to the kitchen. Very loud, noisy. People coming in and out. I wouldn't have cared much, but there at least 5 tables away from the kitchen that really weren't used at all while we were there.

We were here on Father’s Day. The service was extremely slow. The server came up to us and the first thing he said was that it was extremely busy. He did not tell us the specials or ask for drinks. He walked away. We ordered 2 soups and they never came. We asked for bread 5 times and eventually got it but it took a very long time. Our drinks came after we ate our appetizer. Our reservation was at 6:30 and we left at 9. It was absolutely absurd. My father ordered another drink when our entrees came and he got it way after we finished eating. We spoke to the manager and when we got a call back they said they watched videos of us eating and said we ate in a timely manner. They said waiting an hour for our food is a timely manner. They then offered to send us a gift card for our 2 soups that we never got like it would help 😂. When our entrees came we had no steak knives. We waited a while and asked for some knives. Eventually we just started cutting the meat with the butter knives. I’ve been to this place plenty of times and I’ve never seen service this slow and awful. This is an expensive steakhouse. J Alexander’s nearby has 100x better service and it’s not a “steak house”. At least J Alexander’s values re-occurring customers.

We went for Father’s Day. It was busy which was to be expected. Our server Kyle was busy, but still very attentive to our needs. The food was great and so were our drinks. It was my son’s first time there and he ordered the 7 finger high pork chops. He loved them! My grandson was with us, and Kyle brought his food out first ( my grandson is 5) which was greatly appreciated.

Perry’s has really good good and great service. I just think on Father’s Day, they overextended themselves. The wait for food was long and two dishes were over cooked. I would recommend going during an off peak time.

We had an outstanding server. Had 7 in our party and would have preferred round table. When asked about getting a round table that was open, was told it would be tight for 7 even though 3 of us were children. However, I noticed later that same round table now had 7 adults!

I’ve been here many times and rarely have issues. Last night was not a great experience. We were never offered refills on our drinks. Other tables received bread and butter, we never were offered or received any. Worst off all, I ordered a steak medium rare and it came rare. The waiter agreed it was rare and offered to fix it. The same steak came back on a skillet so hot it was still cooking. After two or three minutes of it being at the table the skillet cooked it to well done. Needless to say I didn’t eat dinner and the steak was sent back. They gladly took it off the bill but when charging their “mandatory” 18% gratuity they included the $60 steak in the gratuity. Not a good experience.

We had amazing wedge salads, seafood stuffed mushrooms, cowboy bone in ribeye, pecan smoked prime rib, brussel sprouts were great,the caulidlower au grautin was dull..no seasoning. Overall it was pretty good evening. The built in 18% gratuity not so much...but i get it.

This was a traditional Chicago-style good old fashion steakhouse, with offerings for those not as inclined as me to devour a good steak! We started the evening with a few cocktail samplings of a rather expansive cocktail menu. My recommendations: Perry Berry Mule comprised of Tito's Handmade Vodka, fresh-pressed lime juice, freshly muddled strawberries, topped with a splash of ginger ale; or my favorite, the Cucumber Blueberry Martini made with Western Son Blueberry Vodka, Western Son Cucumber Vodka, freshly pressed lime and cranberry juices. (The Grey Goose Espresso Martini was a great after dinner offering). For appetizers YOU MUST HAVE the "Tempura Fried Lobster Tail With Miso Butter" and may I suggest that the 4 oz. version will suffice--Twin 4 oz. (Total 8 oz.) should be an entree offering but it is not. The Blue Point Oysters on the Half Shell were fresh, and the malt vinegar accompaniment was unlike any I have tasted before--a unique scallion addition to the flavoring. Finally, the Lobster Bisque had plenty of lobster meat but fair warning: "it's gotta kick!" The star of the evening: Steak Flight! Three 3oz medallions of succulent Wagyu Beef-- Texas Kobe Style Wagyu Beef, Nebraska Prime Certified Angus and Japanese A-5 Wagyu Beef! This was quite reasonably priced at $99 and was a perfect side-by-side comparative offering of three delectable steaks. The Crispy Skin Wild Red Snapper was served with chive whipped potatoes and truffle vinaigrette. OUTSTANDING! I was too full for dessert! I'll come back and leave room next time!
