Spent our anniversary at Perry’a and it definitely did not disappoint. The service was fabulous and the food was just as wonderful. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

I was especially impressed by the quality of the service — all of the employees were sincerely friendly and also professional. I knew from previous meals at Perry’s that the food would be good, and it was great this time, too. My friend and I were also very surprised by the extremely generous portions in the 3-course meal we ordered (from the “Seniors” menu,for a fixed price). We each had more than enough leftover to take home a second meal. But the restaurant’s elegant and quiet atmosphere at the early hour— before 6 pm — when we arrived is an important part of the experience. Although it got noisy by the time we were leaving, our evening there was very pleasant, and I will definitely be going back to Perry’s!

Had high expectations it was mixed at first by lack of service. BUT… the staff and manager realized the issue and shifted into high gear. In the end we had a fine dinner switch a nice complimentary serving of wine. Steaks (filet mignon) were very good!

We always enjoy dining at Perry's restaurant. The food is always delicious and the service is exceptional. We had the pork chop special which was perfectly cooked with mashed potatoes and applesauce. We also had the wedge salad, filet, and mashed potatoes which was also cooked perfectly and delicious. The Bananas Foster is a fantastic way to complete the meal. Everyone from the people who seat you, the manager Arthur, to our server Alex did an outstanding job and provided exceptional customer service. Although the restaurant was very busy the manager took time to seat us and to come by our table to ask how everything was. Our server Alex was extremely nice and personable and knew everything on the menu. He did an outstanding job of making sure that he provided fantastic service to all those he helped.

My food was so salty I couldn't eat it. In addition the lobster was over cooked. In regards to quality for prices I think it lacks. Across the street, at an equally nice restaurant, I got the same wine for much less than what was offered and pour at Perrys

Service was very slow and left a lot to be desired. I was also very surprised to see that we had gratuity added to the bill for a table of 3. I looked only because I was surprised at the cost of the bill. It was never mentioned beforehand and in the numerous times I have been to Perry’s I have never seen this happen. It was disappointing and I’m glad that I caught it or else I would have severely overpaid for terrible service.

As usual, everything was delicious. The wedge salad was fantastic with Perry's special buttermilk dressing, the steak and mashed potatoes were perfectly cooked and delicious, and the Bananas Foster was the best I have ever had. Our server, Naomy did an exceptional job in providing outstanding service, and the person in front was very friendly and provided us with a very nice table. Perry's is one of our favorite restaurants in Houston! Please thank the Chef and staff.

Not satisfied. Went in for the $44 special. They took forever to bring out the appetizers and soup and salad. They finally brought the table next to me their pork chop and then told me that they were out, that I would have to order something else and pay $10 more.

First - we set reservation for our daughters birthday, even added special request for nice table. Hostess attempted to seat our party of four next to the restrooms. Upon my wife's request moved us to another area. Three hours later, I had to ask the manager to pack our deserts because the service was the poorest in 20+ years eating at Perry's. Luckily we normally dine at the Woodlands location. GM was suppose to call me today to discuss the night's issues, no one has followed-up.

We reserved the table for 5pm. Arrived on time, but the food was served at 6.05pm. One hour after ordering. We asked that the steaks will be with no any kind of sauce, and Medium done. It arrived medium rare , but burned on its surfaces, with a taste of coal. We complained so they took it back for more 5 min putting it back to the fire. It came back with no apologies, and no consideration. We ask for Medium we got Medium rare we asked no butter on the steak and they put it on the steak we didn’t get anything we ordered. The waiter spilt water on us at the beginning of the meal and didn’t even consider to change the table cloth. I have really good experiences with this restaurant in other locations and this visit was a disaster. The manager wasn’t any helpful either.

The service was just okay at best I've been to this location several times and had a much better experience than my last visit. The dress code was not being enforced at all because there was a young lady walking around with her butt cheeks hanging out of her shorts. She was extremely beyond loud. I was meeting with the potential investor. I did not enjoy my visit at all.

Came with a group of 8 people. 30 minutes to get our first drink. Manager never came by to apologize. Had a waiter change after the first drinks were brought. Spent 2 and a half hours there. 45 min wait for them to fix the bill. They brought by complimentary appetizers that they tried to charge us for at the end. First review I’m ever left because of how terrible this experience was. Would highly recommend not coming here for a nice dinner.

It took over an hour since we placed our order for us to get our food. We were promised the bread was taking a long time because it was coming out of the hot oven and when it arrived at the table it was not hot at all – just lukewarm. My steak I ordered medium rare plus and it was served blood rare. I just send the steak back. They automatically charge 18% gratuity so it’s kind of like they don’t care what kind of service they’re giving you.

Sat at the bar and the food was good however the bartender was the only one and sadly did not make good drinks as he was in a rush from having to make drinks for everyone including the ones at the bar.
