waitress was excellent, as were all the servers and assistants.

We had a great night! And we felt very comfortable with the COVID precautions they are taking. It was our first time out in several months.

Horrible service! Waiter was not helpful. Waited 25 minutes for the check. He was more concerned about other tables. Had to find the manager to ask for a drink refill. Waited 35 minutes for a plain salad.

Wait staff was not very attentive, quick, or accommodating.

Food was extraordinary and the service was great. Our beginner server had to step away but we were immediately helped by two other servers. Good food and great service overall. Orange peel and pepper steak entrees, you can't go wrong.

After we got seated, we waited almost 20min before anyone came to take our drink orders and the restaurant wasn't full. The manager saw that we've been sitting there for a while and haven't gotten served, so he ended up serving us. Derrick is the manager and took really good care of us. He made up for the time we waited. The service and food was impeccable. We will most definitely come back.

It was my dad birthday, and I reserved a week ahead on Thursday at 1:00 pm, so it is really not a busy day or time for most the restaurants. We arrived on time, and the hostess told us to wait few minutes to set a table for us, and then selected a table that was pretty small for our group. The food was great. The waiter was so friendly and nice, however, she was serving like 4 tables at the time which slow the service a little bit. Overall was a good experience. Coming back for sure not for an occasion.

When we first got there we had to wait about 15 mins before anyone even came to seat us. I’m not sure if it was between shifts, but no one was at the welcome desk. The guy that came to seat us seemed clueless about it. The service from the waiter and the food was good. Maybe just bad timing?

It was a birthday celebration .we arrived a little early and we're seated within 3 minutes. Our server in the beginning was management. ..they must have been busy, but we would never have known otherwise by the service, just didn't think the wait staff wore a suit. We tried some knew foods and everything was delucious. My cousin's birthday dinner was a success!

Food was not delivered all at once. Drink was not as requested. Manager comped late dish and drink.

Made a reservation on OpenTable and still had to wait 15 mins even though the have 7 tables open, my guess is they did t have enough staff. Our server was in the weeds and was delayed in getting our drink orders. Food took about 25 minutes to arrive after ordering.... we ordered the Asian salad, spicy soup and chicken and broccoli. We asked for extra broccoli and two baby pieces were on the plate when it arrived. The salads noodles were very undercooked and the soup was sent back. The waitress was so busy she checked on us once after our meal arrived. By dessert time all we wanted to do was leave. We split the check 3 ways evenly. The bill was $50. We put $40 in cash and the card holder was to be charged $10 and pay a $10 tip - which makes everyone even. The sever took the $40 in cash and charged the card $40. Ugh!

All in all- it was wonderful to catch up with family and friends, but we will never do it at PF Chang’s again.

Was alright. Food was good but little pricey and they offer no veteran discounts.
$68 for two adults is pricey and not everyone likes having their egg rolls served to them cut in half

Food was very good. 1st time I’ve eaten here. Won’t be the last.
