   We were sat on time but waited 25 mins for a beverage and 55 mins for our food. Yikes. We love the food and servers are generally nice but we left after two hours - our food took forever. Ugh.

   Leaving the mall we decided to grab a bite. One tends to have little to no expectation when visiting a chain. We were pleasantly surprised on this visit. Our food was excellent. We had honey sweet chicken and spicy chicken, for both the chicken was perfect. Just the right amount of crunch. And our favorite chicken lettuce wraps were delicious. The pear mojitos were great. And our waiter, Pete (I believe) was attentive. High five to PFChang on a Monday evening.

   This was my second dining experience at P.F. Chang’s in Columbia and it did not disappoint. The food was great! Fresh, tasty and hot! Delicious food choices for vegans, vegetarians and meat eaters. I love this place!

   I had not been to P.F. Chang's in 2-3 years so I thought we would check them out. P.F Chang's used to be top notch years ago and so much better. Now, sticky floors, poor lighting, and mediocre food for mid-range prices in my opinion. The Crispy Green Beans appetizer that used to be so good was bland at best. The Singapore Noodles dish was tasteless and almost devoid of the promised vegetables, chicken, and shrimp. My husband did enjoy the Beef Short Ribs dish. That said, the service was good from our server and the cocktails were good. The parking is always horrible at the Columbia Mall so allow an extra 20 mins. before arrival. Maybe Saturdays are not a good choice for dining there but I don't think that I will be returning to P.F. Chang's to eat.

   Rocky and Mel are the best servers in Howard County. This place has great food, large portions and is an excellent value. Parking is a breeze especially at lunch time. Don't forget to try the mango tea, hot tea and chocolate cake.

    This place does not really care about its customers. My wife has a gluten allergy and we told our waitress about the allergy and she went and got a gluten free menu, we thought it was going to be a good experience. We placed the order and when it finally came and we were a couple of bites into it another server comes with dish and says did you order the gluten free Lettuce Wrap? and it looks slightly differently than what we had, so I immediately I asked "Isn't this gluten free? response was No. They blamed the kitchen in that there was a "mix-up". Will not be going back - Ever.

    The service was great. I think I forgot how much of their food is fried. Never had Kung Pao Chicken fried? Overall good quality was okay. Nothing special.

    Consistently good food…make sure you reserve ahead otherwise expect to wait. Very tasty Chicken Lettuce Wrap, Hot Sour Soup and Shrimp Tempura Roll. The Braised Rod was delicious.

    They are renovating and painting the restaurant so a portion was closed. Lighting was on high everywhere; really bright at the tables. We were told the kitchen was slow; totally understand. However, plates were brought out one by one when ready and not all together. My husband got his dinner before an appetizer then the rest of waited for some time before our dinner was ready, which included 2 kids meals. A little strange but manageable. Service was good.

    Our server was very pleasant, attentive, and informative. The duck was perfectly prepared, veges tasty. We did not like/enjoy the fried rice. It was very bland and tasteless. The Mongolian Beef was delicious and flavorful. The appetizers were also good.

    PF Changs used to be one of my favorite "go to" chains. Admittedly its been awhile, but with the increase in cost and the lack of flavor, I would spend my money elsewhere. Service however was excellent.

    The service was excellent and the food was delicious. Five friends gathered to celebrate upcoming birthdays. The young lady ( our server) gave us ample time to reacquaint with one another. Didn’t have to remind her of anything. Ask once and it was done. Every item we ordered was delicious; appetizer to main course. The Oolong Chilean sea bass was deliciously mouth watering.

    There was a wait for a table due to social distancing so BF and I sat at the bar. Plenty of space there too so no COVID worries. Took a little time for the waiter to take our order but the food arrived in a reasonable time. The dumplings were great and I also had the Caesar salad with salmon which was very good. The salmon steak was on the smaller side in my opinion however. BF enjoyed his beef fried rice, and especially the special sauce that came with it. Overall a nice experience.

    PF Chang never disappoints. I tried the Peking Duck and was pleased with my choice. The flavor profile was just as I remembered from my first experience with this dish in Singapore. The salt and pepper shrimp was also tasty and I look forward to having that again on a future take out night. Thanks for being ever reliable PFC

    It’s a chain restaurant, it is what it is. Lettuce for lettuce wraps could have been better. Cocktails were good. Server was attentive. There was something about restaurant that felt grimy, definitely could use a deep cleaning.

    This was absolutely the worst dining experience we’ve ever had. When we arrived, they had no record of my reservation despite showing them my phone’s call log from the night before when I called in to make a special seating request. They said I needed to wait 40 mins on a waitlist. They also me that they were understaffed and it may take longer. Once seated, we waited long periods of time for everything. We finally told them to pack up all undelivered foods and bring the check, which had several errors, taking even more time. We ended up eating at home. What a mess this place was. Try Seasons 52 or Maggianos across the plaza. Much better food, and service.
