Our first experience was a retirement party with a group of 8. Service was great and food amazing . We were very well taken care of. We noticed a very nice roomy bar . Can’t wait to go back with just my wife and me and enjoy the bar experience.

The food and service were both excellent. It was very loud in there so hard to talk, even though we were sitting next to each other. Perhaps we will try the patio next time.

Everything was great except having to shout really loudly to carry on a conversation. Of course everyone else was doing the same. It absolutely ruined what would have otherwise been an excellent fine dining experience. I was excited to have a PF Changs so close to home, but will gladly drive the extra miles to go the other PF Changs on the other side of OKC to avoid the deafening cacophony we experienced at the Norman location. PLEASE, PLEASE Consider installing some partitions in strategic areas and investing in some sound absorbent material on the ceiling and on other hard surfaces. At the very least don’t add to the problem by playing “background” music.

The food was excellent as I would expect. The service was really good for the first week. Just suggest they always bring straws to the table with the drinks. All in all people were happy and so thrilled PF Chang’s is in Norman.
