What could I demand more! Below 1000 hkd you can find a place with the stunning view of Victoria harbor and excellent service. The dishes are really ON THE GROUND in comparison to those of Amber. The ambience is quiet because most people choose Amber and caprice over Pierre. The waitress and manager are sooooo nice. The manager offers to help me take photo of the food. Definitely my all-time favorite fine dine in Hong Kong!

I have to tell that this is my first time for this restaurant and I chose to have lunch there, so I will judge from my set lunch experience only. This set lunch is the worst Michelin star lunch I ever had ... all foods were not reached to my expectations, especially to the main course, the fish is not fresh as this kind of restaurant's quality should, for the fish I ate for only 2 bites and leave them there. The restaurant staffs saw that and they ask me to replace for another main course instead ( This was so impressive ) I had chose the pork dish .... and again, it was not satisfied me ... that pork dish feel me like I have a pork chop steak in the food court eventually, I have to finished them all for a good manner. All staff's services are so good, polite , take care very well followed to the standard of Mandarin Oriental should be. Ps. Dinner might be better than lunch
