Pujol is Chef Enrique Olvera’s genuine and personal approach to Mexican cuisine, famed for reinvention and ongoing evolution, where tradition and contemporary gastronomy live side by side as expressed in culinary techniques -both ancient and modern. Using both imagination and delicacy. Olvera recombines Mexico’s nearly infinite ingredients and flavors, demonstrating and extraordinary food culture’s potential in obsessive detail. - Private dining room - For parties from 9 to 14 people. - We charge 20% of gratuity at the end of the event. - We consider this space as the private room, the meal will be served as family style, that been said, the kitchen will choose the 4th and 6th courses according to you and your guest's preferences and dietary restrictions. Your server will elaborate a bit more on this at the time of the event.

El servicio es bueno, aunque hay un poco de alboroto en el lugar. Me gustó más el menú de maíz que el de mar. En general es muy bieno y es una experiencia que se debe vivir, pero no regresaría, ya que solo es con menú de varios tiempos y no hay opciones s la carta.

There is nothing for the value.
The tasting menu has traditional flavors but nothing other affordable restaurants can’t do. And some are so basic you could cook them yourself.
Other restaurants in Mexico who don’t even have stars are 1000 times more worth it.

We had a lovely meal at Pujol. Quiet table for 2. Service was friendly, informative and restrained.
Recommend having the Maiz y Mar if you are two for dinner. It is fun to share.

From the moment you want in,until the moment you leave; there wasn’t a moment I didn’t feel impressed. The staff is well educated and friendly the decor is stunning from the first course to the last, depending on what tasting menu do you get; you will not be disappointed. One of the great reasons I will be coming back to Pujol will be that every dish was pack of flavor and very well plated, the 1913 day of mole was the one that won me over. Great work to both back of the house and front of the house! You will definitely see me again on my next trip back to Mexico City.

Incredible, unexpected flavors with each dish. Staff was caring and always looked out for every guest. The place architecture is really nice. I was very happy to enjoy my bday here.

We tried really hard to manage our expectations of Pujol and whatever expectations we tried not to have those expectations were met and at times exceeded. The tasting menu was exquisitely selected by the Chef to represent the array of Mexican cuisine. Our wine & water was always full and the service was spot on.

With that said, there were a couple of things that we didn't like. The whole experience can at times feel a little scripted or robotic-like but maybe we should look at it more like a well-oiled machine. Also the area we sat in was distractedly always filled with loads of wait staff which felt a bit claustrophobic and chaotic. Having mentioned these things they weren't enough to alter our overall experience which was very enjoyable and overall very good.

Food was bland, unimaginative, and nothing I could not find in the generic restaurants at let's say Vegas. Service was super slow, took 20 to 25 minutes between course. We left before the end of all courses, especially there was not much to look forward to

Breath-taking! We were very lucky and got a last minute reservation. (It's worth checking 1-2 days before). Everything was great and definitely exceeded expectations. We followed the recommendation and ordered different tasting menues - it is easy to share and then you get to taste more. The signature dish, mole, is part of both menues, so noone is missing out.
I loved that the food was very sophisticated but with very distinct core components ... really perfect.

Esperaba mucho más del Pujol, en el menú de mar, el pulpo de sabor y textura mediocre. El resto bueno pero no sobresaliente. Sin duda venden la experiencia de un restaurante con rank internacional de un Chef reconocido. Eso es, no más.

Maravillosa experiencia. Los vinos sugeridos deliciosos. El menú maravilloso, la atención de los chicos excelente. Me parece buen detalle que a pesar de ser un restaurante exclusivo no tengan empacho en aclararte el costo del copeo. Uno da por hecho que en este lugar pagará mas de lo habitual y vas preparado para eso. Pero se agradece la sencillez y el detalle.

The dining experience was great in terms of food, but was off in terms of service. Given that this restaurant in a 3 Michelin starred restaurant, I expected top notch service. Timing was off - I received my first course while still enjoying my pre drink meal, I was given a dessert drink menu while still eating my mole, I was poured my wine after receiving my third course. These little things normally do not faze me, but given the price and the accolades, these little things ended up making the negatively impacting my overall experience.

On of the best restaurants I have been to in the world. It is too bad there are no Michelin ratings in Mexico because Pujol would for sure have more than 1 star. Staff was incredible and gracious and made us feel right at home, just a much much better home than my own ;)

Todo es excelente desde la atención al llegar al lugar como a la hora de servir los platillos, te explican en que consiste cada uno, es una gran experiencia que todos deben vivir. Es un poco costosa pero vale cada centavo que gastas. Por cierto, el mole madre es el mole más delicioso que he probado. Una vez leí que una comida valió la pena cuando dos horas después dices "Que rico comí", Después de casi 36 horas sigo diciendo "que rico comí".

Ojalá que vuelva Enrique a sus orígenes sentimos que está todo más sofisticado y delicioso. Hace unos años cuando seguía en Petrarca eran sabores más terrestres y más ancestrales.

Todo más caro y sentimos que se está enfocando más el
Restaurante a extranjero. Que lastima!
