   Reservation on time. Table requested perfect. Ambiance was better than expected. Hostess very professional. Host and G.M., G.G. was very courteous and helped us translate the menu. Presentation and quality of the food was excellent! Deserts are not to be missed.

   Food, service and atmosphere outstanding as always. Drink prices are very high. My Manhattan cocktail was a shocking $22. That’s more than NYC prices. But…won’t stop me from coming back! Just buyer beware!!

   Awesome food and great service. Our waiter, Curtis, was spot on. Made great recommendations and helped us navigate through a menu when we were pretty much lost. Everything from apps to dessert was amazing. Such complex flavors. Would return to Lewes just to go there again. Highly recommended.

    Great server who offered perfect recommendations from small plates through dessert. The chef/owner offered a very pleasant greeting when we came into the restaurant. The food was wonderful. It is a long drive for us, but worth returning.

    Staff was welcoming and knowledgeable, very helpful with questions. Food was delicious especially the spiced roti, chili olive naan, the Lamb shank Rogan Josh and the tandoori salmon.

    Our waiter was excellent. Attentive without being obtrusive. Beautiful restaurant. Food was very good. Prices have increased greatly and were ridiculously expensive. I had chicken briyani and it was $34. So about $4-5 of food really.

    We were greeted and sat promptly in a beautiful dining room. Server Nick answered any questions we had. We all enjoyed our meals. I had the lamb and the owner was there to show me how to eat it. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. A little pricey but would definitely go back again.

    This is not your father's Indian restaurant. It's an upscale, many more options version of Indian food (at least for someone who hasn't spent a lot of time in India...none). But it was wife's birthday, and just the two of us, we both agreed that there were enough dishes that each of us liked a lot and we're coming back. The waiter and the owner were very friendly and the environs are very nice.

    Please don't waste your money at this restaurant. The prices were ridiculous, the portions were very small and the food wasn't very good. I eat a lot of Indian food and was very upset about the whole experience. We took my mother there for her birthday, and her food was worst at the table. She ordered a cauliflower dish, 7/10 spicy. What she got was basically 3 pieces of cauliflower that were not cooked with the blandest, tasteless green curry sauce I've ever had for $28. Each dish was worse than the next, even the chicken tikka masala was the worst I've had. The drinks were extremely overpriced, the food was meh, and the bill for 4 people with 4 entrees, 2 appetizers and 3 drinks was $228. The only thing that was good was our server, he was very nice and attentive. Do yourself a favor and skip this one, the food was not up to the hype or the prices.

    Wonderful food and impeccable service. Our waiter David was possibly the best we have ever had, and with a 3 year old to boot! Most definitely the equal of the Rasika empire in DC.

    Fantastic restaurant! Our waiter Curtis was amazing. Wait staff was very attentive. Menu was terrific-unique with lots of go-to favorites. We splurged on the chef’s tasting and it was well worth it. Great flavors and atmosphere!

    My first time dining here and it was incredible. Curtis was the most professional server I have ever had at a restaurant, including upscale establishments! The food was amazing - bite after bite of yummy goodness. So fresh and delish! It was great to meet GG in person- warm and gracious owner who genuinely cared about our experience. We will definitely be back soon.

    We went to celebrate my birthday. Food was wonderful. The owner was grecious and came out to say hello and even walked us to the door like family. The waiter was very sweet, does needs a little polish on fine dinning service but that will come with time. Lovely experience, I suggest you all try this resturant.

    We went to Raas for the first time recently on a quiet Sunday evening. It's quite a nice restaurant, and mostly everything was positive. The food was very good, and the attention we received from the waiters and the owner, GG, made us feel special. There were a couple of things, however, that stood out to me enough that I didn't give it a 5 star rating. Our waiter, while very helpful in describing dishes to us, also turned me off somewhat because he was a little pretentious, and everything he recommended were the most expensive items on the menu, food and wine included. He wanted us to try a very expensive bottle of wine, and appeared a bit miffed when we went with something less expensive. The same thing happened with the food. The other thing that really turned me off big time was that when I took a bathroom break, I was astounded at how dirty the bathroom was! This restaurant earned a 2022 Yelp rating of one of “The Top 100 Places to Eat Across America”. I would expect that a restaurant this good should clean their bathrooms often and well, especially in these COVID times.

    David is a treasure. The food prep and presentation were superb. Table spacing was appropriate and appreciated. Extra thanks for the Birthday/Anniversary chocolate cake -- nice surprise. We will be repeat patrons to try more entree selections.

    All in all a very good meal for the 4 of us. However, the wines are way overpriced. For example, a normal markup for a restaurant is 2 to 1, meaning if you can buy it commercially for X, the restaurant usually charges 2X. At RAAS it was 3X. Second , do you really think people are going to pay $200 for 4 people to eat Grouper? No! Finally, it was very cold in the restaurant and we had to have our outside jackets on the whole time. We do not recommend RAAS.

    The staff were very friendly, efficient and professional. They made my birthday celebration dinner very memorable. The food was very tasty, the waiter was very attentive and helpful in describing dishes and responding to our needs. The wait time between ordering and having the food served was perfect.
