I took another short drive over the bridge to Randall’s at The Legacy Club, a fantastic restaurant that deserves all the hype. They just dropped their fall menu, so you know we had to check it out. The seasonal cocktails here are always the star of the show - we tried the Chai Espresso Martini and the Campfire Mule. The Butternut Squash Hummus was delightful and I loved the pickled chilis on top. The Pork Belly was addicting - that guava glaze was everything and I was blown away by this dish. And you already know the French Onion Soup here is a MUST order. The Short Rib over polenta was outstanding - fork tender meat, and that polenta was wild. Of course we had to get the Filet with the seasonal veg, and this was top tier, and cooked to perfection. The Wild Mushroom Risotto is perfect for this time of year, because it’s both hearty and flavorful. And the Bolognese was simple yet just really well executed, so comforting and delicious. For dessert, I can’t help but get the cookies every time, because I know they’re all made in house. My favorite was the Chocolate Chip but that Lemon Ricotta Cookie was 😮‍💨😮‍💨 And I loved the balance of flavors in the Pumpkin Creme Brûlée. Whether you’re looking for some great drinks, a fantastic meal, or a spot that’s really great for groups, you gotta check out Randall’s. I heard about this place right over the bridge in New Jersey that had some amazing food and drinks, so you know I had to go check it out! Randall’s is the restaurant at The Legacy Club, but you don’t need to be a member to dine here! This restaurant serves up some awesome American cuisine with Italian flair, and the menu is packed with options for everyone, and is gluten free and vegetarian friendly! First off, you MUST try the cocktails here - all of them were fantastic, but the seasonal Pomegranate Cosmo was perfection. The Crispy Calamari was absolutely divine, we could not get enough of this. The Meatballs were so tender and I loved every bite. The French Onion Soup was incredible, I would go back for this alone. The Chicken Duo featured flavorful roast chicken and chicken thigh tortellini, both of which were fantastic. The Funghi Risotto was creamy and delicious, definitely a must try! The Chicken Parm was a massive portion, and so crispy! And who can say no to perfectly cooked Surf and Turf!? There are so many options for dessert, it’ll be hard to pick, so definitely split a few with the table. The Cookie Plate has an assortment of house baked cookies, and we could not pass this up. And I never met a Pot De Creme that I didn’t love, and this one was exceptional. Randall’s is the perfect spot for a girl’s night out, a date night, or a nice dinner with the family. AND they’re even open for Christmas Eve dinner and New Years Eve - but make that reservation now, because space is filling up fast!!!
