I’m a frequent customer at RedLobster however, lately this particular Red Lobster had been declining. After I received my catfish with I eat all the time, it was fried too hard. The waitress was accommodating ,she had a reorder cooked but it took about 30 to receive my order. Highly disappointed.

The manager and staff was unorganized overall the staff were very playful and unprofessional, as well as the manager. The staff showed the manager, no respect when the she spoke. Our server was very rude and disrespectful, very sarcastic pushy, but became nicer as we were patient. Our food was slightly cold and missing items. This location has been overall the best in the past, but now because of the staff, I will not be revisiting.

When we arrived at 5:00 PM, we were told our wait time would be between 1.5 to 2 hours. We jumped on OpenTable and was able to secure a reservation for 6:15. We did not get seated until 6:30. It was clear the restaurant did not have enough wait staff, because there were a lot of empty tables that stayed empty while we waited for our table. The service was exemplary - very attentive and timely. Zero complaints about the waitresses. Food was mediocre - Red Lobster is nowhere near as good as it used to be. The portions are smaller, the taste is not there and the prices are out of line. I am 54 and have been eating at Red Lobster since I was a toddler. I have extremely fond memories of going to Red Lobster with my parents - it was an event. I have great memories of taking my wife to Red Lobster when we were dating - it was something to look forward too. Now Red Lobster is just another restaurant. We actually had not been in over a year because of the terrible change to the tartar sauce. We understood the tartar sauce had been corrected, (it has for the most part - not exactly the same, but close. Now it has more onion), so we went back to give it another shot. We will not be going back unless the menu is revamped, (bring back the create your own combination at dinner), and the prices must be brought in line. Very sorry to see that, much like many other dining establishments, Red Lobster is phoning it in and is just not as good as it was and could be.

They were busy, it was a Saturday and Valentine’s Day, they were backed up. Which is expected and ok, but the way they handled it was a serious unorganized mess. Hostess was lost, no personality or manners.

Took my mother for her birthday on 8/2. We never got our food after h hour and a half. The waiter was nice. I do not blame her. I assume the kitchen staff was awful. I will be a long time before I try them again if I do at all.

We visited on Mother's Day knowing the restaurant would be busy; however, even with the rush, we were pleased with our visit. We were seated 20 minutes after arriving and greeted promptly by our server. Although our server, Jennifer, was new, she did a good job. The cocktails took a while to arrive at our table (I had to ask about them), but they were good. The food was delicious and everyone was pleased! We will be back!
