It was Valentine's day, so I know that makes a difference, but we had reservations for 7 p.m. and weren't seated until almost 8 p.m. Everyone seemed to be trying hard, but it was very unorganized, like they had never had a busy day before. The food was Expensive, 2 people, no alcohol and still $100. before tax and tip. My wife's food was real good, mine, not so much. Again, I know it was busy, but for a $48. dinner, I expect it to be real good!

Red Lobster was exactly what we expected. The food was MEH! almost tasteless. Service was slow at best . The drinks we ordered came quick. The Bottle of wine took forever to arrive. service was slow. our server was too busy dealing with her other tables and would look at us and say something as she ran by. we had low expectation and they were met. I think of Red Lobster as a big box restaurant. we should have ordered our food to go.

Our reservation was at 530 and we didn’t get seated until 545, and didn’t receive our food until 7pm. Nobody in my group really loved their food - it wasn’t anything special. I ordered the shrimp linguini and the sauce lacked any kind of flavor. Ultimately, this restaurant is way too expensive for what it is. While I do always enjoy their biscuits, that’s about the only thing we enjoyed. Likely won’t return.

Very busy, which was to be expected. But took over an hour from ordering to get our food. Steak was undercooked and fries were reheated and inedible. Waitress was apologetic about the kitchen being swamped and really slow. Offered free dessert to accommodate and brought ONE free dessert for table of 3 who had spent $200 and nearly 2 hours there.

Seated promptly for our reservation. Food was good as always. Service was a bit overwhelmed at times it seemed. Prices are a bit high but still pretty reasonable.

If you want specials, check weekday deals (e.g., lunch specials and daily promotions).

Yes, guests have dined here on major holidays (Christmas Eve and Valentine’s Day) and reported experiences both good and busy. Because holiday hours and staffing can vary, call ahead to confirm hours and make reservations for holiday dining.

Family-friendly seating: yes. Guests often celebrate birthdays and family meals here, and staff have accommodated party needs (balloons, celebratory service). Accessible seating specifics aren’t listed, so if you need wheelchair access or special seating, call ahead and staff can confirm and assist.

Busiest: holiday evenings (Valentine’s Day, Christmas Eve) and weekend dinner hours, guests reported long waits and slower service during those peaks. Quietest: weekday lunch and earlier weeknights tend to be calmer and quicker; weekday lunch specials suggest lower-traffic daytime visits.
