We told the server we were going to the Bears evening game and he made everything come at the perfect time. Francisco did a great job for us.

Just ok for the price. Wouldn’t go back because it was underwhelming. For as many places to eat downtown i would just pick another place next time. it was not bad but not memorable either

Another winner has been added to our dining options. Remington's is an energetic, fun restaurant.
The location is great - on Michigan Avenue across from the Millennium Park attractions (Cloud Gate, skating rink, etc.), just down from the Art Institute of Chicago and more.
Add to that good food. Their burgers turkey, vegetarian and beef - we tried all three - were very good.
A great place to enjoy a Saturday afternoon or evening.

We had wonderful service yesterday. We were seated in the special gorgeous wine room, and we had an amazing time for brunch for my friend’s birthday. The music was just perfect for brunch, and the food and drinks were delicious. The service was wonderful, and we were well taken care of.

Great ceviche and service. Close to The Art Institute. Ambiance is more sports-bar-y. It wouldn't be a first choice, but does it on a pinch.

We chose Remington's because it's very close to Symphony Center. The best part of the experience was the service. We were in a bit of a hurry because we were seated late. We let our server know and he did a great job of keeping things moving without rushing it. The food was fine overall. The best part was the trout dip appetizer.

We went to Remington’s before going to the symphony Friday night...it was casual enough, but people were dressed up appropriately for a night out. We enjoyed our dinner and service was timely, especially since our friend was performing and needed to meet a specific call time. Great food, brussel sprout salad was amazing! (Really!) Dim lighting, though not too quiet. We could talk and laugh at our table without disturbing others- nice atmosphere. Will come here again.

Unfortunately, the Branzino - advertised as deboned - had 4 major bones which was disappointing. The crab cakes and salads were excellent, however. Service was slow which caused us to leave before dessert was served although our waiter removed it from our bill and brought it with our check. Too late to enjoy more than a spoonful, unfortunately.

Remington's has the best Key Lime Pie in the city. And on weekends, they offer the best "hash browns" ever. Those two items alone bring me back again and again, though they have other good items as well. Nice interiors. Nice staff. A good "go-to" place on Michigan Avenue.

Everything was fine but nothing special. They sit you
in the bar and we were seated near a private party. Loud drunk people standing right next to our table as we were trying to dine. Not what we expected when we made a dinner reservation.

And to make it even better, the drinks were just as refreshing. I would recommend this local for any event as it can accommodate it to your expectations .

We stopped here based on a friend's recommendation. The front desk staff was so helpful when we realized we needed to print our theatre tickets and printed them for us! The waitress was attentive and the food was all really fresh and delicious. I would recommend this restaurant! We sat at a table by the window that was great people watching on a Sunday before going to Hamilton and it was perfect!

The food was excellent. The servings aren't large which is nice as you can try several items as opposed to a giant dish of pasts. I had the kale salad with lemon vinaigrette and the butternut squash pasta. Both were excellent as well as the bread served at the table.
The dining area is moderately noisy . The wait staff is excellent. We would return here for a special event. It is on the pricier side for a meal but it was worth it.

My friend and I were in town for the weekend looking for a well-tempered restaurant in the Loop and environs, we landed at Remington's. OMG were we ever glad we did! Absolutely everything was delicious: crab toast, prime rib, short ribs, key lime pie and after-dinner coffee. Equally appreciated was the décor, designed with old-school booths and noise muffling wood everywhere.

Remington's is the antidote to the trendy super-noisy hipster restaurants where they rush you through and try to make you feel grateful for getting to eat their reinvented dishes. Classic!

Really excellent and classy place. Our early brunch at 11.30 on a Saturday in October showed the place busy and getting rapidly busier by 12.30. Really good attention to detail. Only had a chance to have the eggs benedict with some spinach on the side. So-called Canadian bacon missed the spot but nonetheless this is a very nice place indeed and I look forward to returning.

There was a miscue in how my wife's steak was cooked (she was looking for rare to medium rate
and it was medium +). Our server noticed this and mentioned it to the manager who came by and apologized (and comped the meal) without our mentioning anything. This is extraordinary!
Everything else was excellent. This is a great location, right across from the Art Institute and
Millenium Park.

The food was incredible and so was the wine selection. They did a great job of making the evening feel very special for the birthday celebration.

The waitress wasn’t the greatest... didn’t know a ton about the menu and didn’t seem eager to help us figure out what to eat. She needs more training.
