Gotta say this trip really disappointed me. To be fair I haven't been here for 10+ years and I was very disappointed to say the least because they have always had the best hand cut fries. Today the fries were not crispy at all and borderline cold. When asking for a replacement they also came out not crispy but at least the Aoli's are good. The rissoto was borderline inedible. Wasn't nearly cooked enough and slightly cruchy. Typically not one to send things back but absolutely had to and instead opted for another appitizer the Tofu which was at least presentable but the whole experiance wasn't what I typically expect from here they definately were off this night.

Meh. I went bc I thought there would be good cocktails. I asked for a tarte gin cocktail and the server told me that all the ones on their menu were sweet. I thought perhaps she’d be like “let me ask the bartender” or recommend something else - alas she did not. Food / charcuterie board was very under whelming a seemed sparse. Thought we could smell a faint waft of puke once in a while. Despite all this, not the worst, but certainly wouldn’t go back.

My dinner at re:public was simply wonderful. I was greeted and seated immediately upon arriving; my server, Becky, was friendly, helpful, and efficient in the midst of a hectic Friday evening. The food courses and the “house bubbles” were delicious and served up in a timely manner; Becky even had the server’s “second sense” that I needed to get to the Emerald City Music concert (next door) in time for the pre-concert chat with the musicians. All in all the perfect start to my evening out.

I booked a table for my group for the NFC Championship game and we were so happy with the service, drinks, food, and vibe!!! Our waitress is amazing at her job! She was prompt, cheerful, patient, etc!
