Restaurant Lamm combines traditional Swabian dishes with urban and international cuisine. Try an entrŽe of seeteufel medallions or a stuffed chicken breast with corn feta. Fill up on the Swabian roast beef with bacon rind or the Hirsch stew. Other items include a pink roasted lamb with nut and garlic herbs or the fried filet of willow ochsen. Several vegetarian dishes are served at Lamm, as well such as the chanterelle in cream or the piccata of zucchini. Lamm serves several variations of beer and wine to complement your meal. Non-alcoholic drinks include espresso, cappuccino, hot chocolate and fruit juices.

Ich bin im Lamm sehr gerne, die heimische Küche hat eine herrliche Geschmacksvielfalt, egal ob ein schönes Stück Fleisch, Fisch oder leichte vegetarische Rezepte und der Service ist hervorragend. Die Atmosphäre ist modern gemütlich.

...und erneut waren wir wieder absolut überzeugt von unserer Restaurantwahl. Es war nicht das erste Mal und ganz sicher auch nicht das letzte Mal. Irgendwie tut es gut, dass es solche Restaurants gibt, wo man nicht über grundlegende Dinge wie Service, hohe und gute Lebensmittelqualitäten sowie Atmosphäre zum Wohlfühlen diskutieren muß. Hier genießt man auf hohem Niveau mit Bezug zu Region und Land und das Ganze in einem sehr schönen Ambiente mit äußerst freundlichen Service. Auf Kinder ist man hier sehr gut eingestellt und so können auch die Eltern und andere Gäste entspannen. Wir werden immer wieder kommen, da sich hier Ruhe und Genuß optimal ergänzen. Vielen Dank dafür an das gesamte Team
