Am moştenit un nume, ROD şi un slogan, Dor de origini româneşti.
De la culoarea locală am pornit, de la gustul de acasă, din copilărie, pe care l-am reinterpretat şi l-am ridicat la rang de gastronomie cu care să putem face faţă oricăror pretenţii.
Ţinem să avem mereu ingrediente de la producători locali şi zonali, îi vizităm, vedem ce presupune obţinerea produselor furnizate de aceştia, condiţiile de producţie şi stabilim o relaţie strânsă cu ei.
ROD vrea să fie şi este un adevărat reprezentant al zonei.

Although I have been allowed to book a table, the restaurant was not open! Pretty annoying especially when you go there with a friend from abroad and there are not too many options during the bank holiday.
