Rezza has become the go to place in Roseland and the surrounding Jersey neighborhoods for a gourmet-style Italian dining experience. Owner and chef John Bendokas shows off his culinary skills in the kitchen by offering dishes made from scratch using locally sourced natural ingredients. Guests can begin their meal at Rezza with an appetizer of grilled octopus or a fresh caprese salad. An entrée of chicken piccata or eggplant napolitano will satisfy the palate.
