    Please ask to get a table outside you will be right on the Bangkok river. The place looks amazing and the staff is first class. Definitely a great place to go when you want to get something not Thai when in Bangkok.

    Great food, but service could have been better. Our waitress was trying hard, but she was just too busy. They needed more staff. It took me 4 attempts to get some olive oil to the table.

    We had emphasised NOT to include an unfavourable ingredient in our dish, unfortunately the food were still be served with it. What if it’s not an unfavourable ingredient but an allergy…. We ordered two different beef main dish, disappointedly they were hard to differentiate in the form of plating or flavour. The food quality is good, but it’s disappointing when I was expecting to have it in a 5-star hotel quality.

    Always excellent. Khun Michele and his team are warm and take great care of their guests. And, make recommendations for food and wine. The menu changes, and the new one is equally as delicious as the previous one. Overall, highly recommend.

    It is such an art gallery restaurant…not only the presentation of the dishes…even though the taste is so delicious too. All the staff are the artist 👩🏻‍🎨👩🏽‍🎨👨🏼‍🎨👨🏻‍🎨 Highly recommend to all of u !!!

    Amazing experience here, foods are incredibly nice never tasted fantastic design all dishes like this before. The mood for foods is extremely great. Staff is well grooming, hospitality and caring. Credit to Chef for the nice decorations dishes.

Our visit was nothing short of exceptional, complete with impeccable service, expertly crafted dishes, and a comfortable tempo that catered perfectly to our limited timeframe. From the moment we entered Riva, we were met with a warm welcome, an embodiment of the renowned Thai hospitality. The staff were not only excellent at their jobs but genuinely friendly and attentive, adding a delightful personal touch to the whole experience. Whether we needed suggestions for dishes or just to share a laugh, the staff at Riva were flexible and helpful, ensuring our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. The culinary artistry at Riva is something that deserves applause. Every dish we sampled was cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. The steak dish was a standout; it was expertly cooked, tender, and juicy, subtly seasoned to allow the natural flavors of the beef to shine through. Each bite was a testament to the chef's skill and a celebration of fine dining. Another highlight was the pizza. To say it was one of the best pizzas we've ever had would not be an overstatement. The dough was just the right balance of crispy and chewy, the sauce was flavorful but not overwhelming, and the quality of the toppings was superb. It was an elevated take on a classic dish that showcased the restaurant's commitment to using the best ingredients and delivering extraordinary flavors.     My husband and I had a fabulous dinner at Riva del Fiume, one of the best of our trip to Bangkok in terms of food, and absolutely the best in terms of service! It was a wonderful evening, we were greeted warmly and our server was the most charming, friendly and funny young woman, she absolutely made our night (I wish I could remember her name!). In addition to the service, the food was excellent. We shared an arancini and ravioli amatriciana, and both were delicious, perfectly prepared and full of flavour. My husband's mayura beef oyster blade steak and my slow cooked wagyu short rib were both divine, the short rib was so tender and very well seasoned, just full of flavour. And the banana caramel 'ravioli' dessert was both fun and very tasty. The wine and gin we had were equally lovely. Overall a fantastic night, and one we'll be sure to repeat on our next visit to Bangkok!

    Rushed service and food (mains arrived before we finished entrees). Once food arrived service was poor - I continually had to pour my own wine and noticed other diners experienced the same. Two tables were singled out for good service - obviously VIPs or we’ll known tippers. Weren’t offered dessert menu. Beautiful hotel but would not return to dine.

    What a fabulous restaurant, service was superb, very attentive. Food outstanding, absolutely full of flavours and the wine was excellent. Hard to choose what to eat from their menu as so many great dishes, deserts are quite incredible, as were the petit fours. All four of us would give a 15 out of 10, more than top top marks, location is magical but service and extremely memorable food put this restaurant at top of any list to be visited. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for a very memorable evening.

    Very good food, but out of several dishes ( we had a late lunch). White wine served warm, they cooled it down upon my request. Service friendly. Espresso strong & good. Nice ambience overlooking the river. I would return.

    The best Italian food in Bangkok! Head chef was there in the kitchen. The restaurant was clean and beautiful. We got the best table in the middle of the indoor dining room. Staff was outstanding and knowledgeable about each item on the menu. We need to return for the 2nd round.

    music was upbeat and too loud… servers were not fluent in English conversation about the food, my main course was served across from the table at arm length and put down in front of my face 🤣… but the food in general were good.
