Rollati's menu is a love letter to Italian-American cuisine, embracing the iconic dishes of Italy’s many regions, as well as those that developed in Italian kitchens across America. Guests will find familiar favorites alongside market driven dishes inspired by seasonal ingredients from local farmers and seafood purveyors, or the occasional nod to a modern pantry. Fresh pasta, made in house, is at the heart of the menu, while features from the Grill, House Specialties, pizza, and seasonal produce round out the menu. Our robust beverage program features an extensive selection of Italian and Californian wines that have been carefully selected to pair with our Italian flavors alongside classic Italian cocktails, aperitifs and digestifs. Sad note on their final day. Slow service from the kitchen and all food came out at different times for a 4-top. Had to ask for the fourth serving, which had an almost 10 minute gap from the previous entree.

Rollati was one of our favorite restaurants in San Jose. Every date night, almost every anniversary, Rollati always hit the mark. Service was spot each and every time, staff was attentive and kind.

The food and service were excellent. Everyone in our party was loving their food. Ambience was great! We were celebrating a birthday, it worked out perfectly!

Salads were excellent. Lasagna with ragu was he best! I told 2 employees that this was a birthday. No follow through. No acknowledgement. Will return for regular lunches and dinner. Not to celebrate a birthday or anniversary. Disappointed for the first time with Rollati.

We all loved the arancini as well as the meatball pomodoro, pesto, and thousand layer lasagna. The Brussels sprouts were a good side and they comped us cannolis for my sister in laws birthday. I’d go back.

Had brunch for a pre day celebration with my mom. We both had the classic breakfast. I also ordered a side of polenta. I wish I remembered the waiters name but he’s a tall light skin black man. Excellent service from him. He was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Being that it was my first time at this restaurant I was throughly impressed by the service and the food. 10/10
