    First and foremost, our waitress Dee was amazing! She was super friendly, warm and welcoming. She was so attentive and accommodating to us and provided us with outstanding service. Everything came out exactly how We ordered it and there were a lot of details and changes. The salad was so fresh and the house dressing was delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meals as well. The build tour own pasta dish was a hit at our table! Also enjoyed the blood orange cosmo; a great twist on a classic :)). But a restaurant is really only as good as it’s staff- and I truly hope Dee is valued for her dedication and natural ability to provide excellent customer service. After a long day- and a very hungry and tired family, the night ended perfectly. Btw the restaurant atmosphere was great too appealing and welcoming for all ages. Prices very reasonable! Thank you!

    We had a wonderful lunch celebrating a birthday! The bruschetta and fried mozzarella appetizers were fantastic. Our entrees, while good we’re a bit bland. The marinara was a bit tasteless. The service was attentive, the prices were reasonable and the setting was lovely.

    Our waitress was fantastic but the food was mediocre at best. The restaurant seems to be having trouble having enough staff. We were told there was only 1 cook. The food showed. It seemed rushed, some of it under cooked, some over cooked and just not really good at all. We have dined at other locations previously and it was much better then this experience.

    The flavor of the food was insignificant, at best. Bland is a good word, I think. The service was reasonable considering that the poor guy was unendated and did the best he could under the circumstances. I can't see us going there again. We can do better at home. Too bad, because I hadn't been to Macaroni Grill in probably 3 years. During previous visits, the food was delicious. Don't know what happened!

    Our server Taylor was wonderful. She came back to our table at least 5 times to check on us and see if we needed anything else. Our food was delicious and prepared perfectly. Would definitely eat here again!

    We usually have great food when we come here. Tonight it wasn't the best. I ordered Bruchetta and the toast pieces were burnt. I also got a side of the asparagus. It was awful. It was so hard that it mine as well have been raw. I tried cutting it with a knife and I could barely cut it. When it did finally go through, it made a loud noise on the plate...that's how hard it was. They usually offer bread right away while waiting for our food. We had to ask for it mid meal. I didn't complain because I'm not that type of person and I feel bad. Our server was very polite, but everytime I went to ask him for a refill or something he was gone. He would come to hand us food and by the time I could get a word out, he was off doing other things. We sat at the bar area by the fire so the ambiance was nice.

    Understaffed kitchen on one of the busiest days of the year, Mothers Day. Party of 6. Two dinners were served a full 20 minutes before the rest of the meals. Unacceptable If workers called out sick or whatever on this day, tell them not to come back at all.

    Tasty chicken dishes, good selection of entrees and appetizers, Tasty desserts. Service was a little slow, but it was Mothers Day, and the restaurant was really busy. Waitstaff was very polite, and made a couple of good recommendations. Overall, very good, and would eat there again. Was what my stepmother specifically wanted for Mothers Day, and it was a nice meal and occasion.

    Our server was very pleasant and seemed to enjoy her job. Food was great and plentiful. They were very busy for Mother's Day but the service was still excellent. A reservation is a good idea.

    Josh was great as our server. The only down side was the loud noise from renovations being done. It would have been nice if they had ceased work during the dinner hour so we didn't feel like we were eating in a construction zone.

    The food was very good. Service is usually very good but was just so-so this time. Server did not check on us enough. We were really annoyed by the "Temporary Inflation Charge" on our bill.

    Our server, Angie, was excellent and even sang happy birthday for us in the Italian language. Her voice was excellent and worthy of the stage!! Additionally, the make your own pasta option was fantastic. This particular MG is my favorite and expect it will continue to be.

    This is one of our favorite restaurants when passing through the Harrisburg area on I-81. We arrived at 6:00 and, to our surprise, the restaurant was quite full vs. our visit a month or two ago. I especially liked the stuffed mushroom caps appetizer. I would now suggest reservations for peak times due to the easing of COVID-19 restrictions.

    The Caesar salad was something I could have put together in my kitchen in about three minutes: romaine, a few croutons, and very little cheese. Dressing was on the side, which is ridiculous for a Caesar salad - it should be tossed in the dressing. Shrimp was overcooked and had no flavor. On top of that, the Macaroni Grill had the nerve to add a $2.00 "Inflation Fee" to our bill. The server was very polite and attentive, but the bottom line is we paid $70 for a crappy lunch. We won't be returning.

    Steak was tough. Waiter forgot almost everything we asked for. 1. No Lemon for water (specifically asked for it) 2. Salads - came with our dinner not beforehand 3. Forgot to bring A1 to the table 4. Waited for our check and processing far too long because he got too busy with other tables. 5. I asked for no potatoes with my meal since I'm on a special diet. The potatoes were on my plate. 6. He was nice tho!

    A friend and I went to just get some dinner before they headed back home from out of town. The dining experience was superb from beginning to end. Impeccable customer service and the food was delicious. Will definitely recommend others to come as well.
