Simply elegant and nice setting. Great service and food!
Overall it was great!
We were there to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The host was the only one that acknowledged it. Why ask when making the reservation if that’s all that transpires? Our food was very good. We started with 2 different appetizers, then had a salad followed by our entrees. Each of us had a different style steak & all were cooked perfectly. Our side dishes were good with the exception of the au gratin potatoes. They were soupy & cool in the center so our waiter took them off of our bill. Our biggest complaint was the service. We had the slowest, borderline worst, service in a long while. We had to beg for water, no offer of another cocktail, had to ask for a decanter for the wine, and we waited forever for our check (approx 30min). At the Clayton location, the service was impeccable so we were very disappointed when things didn’t meet our expectation.
Was a great networking event venue. Service was excellent and plan to make it a regular spot
Need to control the drink clientele at the bar.
The building was beautiful. Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at an upscale dining location of my life.
1) arrive at 605. Didn’t see many wine options on the menu so asked for a wine list. She says it’s on a iPad give me a few mins. Everyone Orders a drink. The kids get their sodas
About 615. Wife gets her drink about 625. I reminded her about my drink. She then comes back and gets it.
Again ask for a wine list. I’m so sorry be right back she says. At 705 I go to the bartender and
Get it. At 715 she takes my wine order. Prob takes 20 mins to find a Caymus 2019. Have no idea why. Finally get my bottle I think at 745pm.
She says she feels so bad. Ok that’s fine. Food takes a little bit of time but we were in no rush. Everyone’s meal was good. They said they would comp 2 desserts. We order an extra one she said she would bring us an extra little piece of cake also.
She clears everything off the table. Dessert comes. We have no forks of course. She says I’m sorry be right back. We wait. We wait. You can imagine my son sitting there with a huge dessert in front of him but can’t eat it. My other son just uses his hand and eats his small cake. I let him have it all because she said she would bring 2. Still no forks. I look up and she’s taking an order from another table. You kidding me. I see a manager I ask him for forks. He feels terrible gets them right away.
They end up comping $100 & 2 desserts. Sure thanks but service was horrible.
Food was good. Place is nice.
The experience was outstanding. The service was impeccable and the food, as expected, was superb. The ambiance of dining area was beautiful with socially distanced space between the tables to make it comfortable for those, like ourselves, just starting to venture out after being fully vaccinated.
Everything was wonderful, love the new location
The food is always good but the service was bad this last time we went and they allowed a 2 year old in the dining room at 10:00 at night.
Also a dress code needs to be enforced in a place that charges that amount of money in our opinion. Call me old school but they are attracting a bad clientele with no dress code.
It was wonderful!! The ribeye steak was the best I’ve ever had!!
Very disappointed in the cut of meat for the bone in filet. It was chewy and stringy. Not much different that 15 to 20 years ago. Appetizers and salad was flavorful and well presented.
Outstanding table service. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the wine. We appreciated having a waiter with sommelier experience.
Birthdays x 2! Carlos was a fabulous server!
Our waiter Chris was awesome the atmosphere was wonderful the food was fabulous we celebrated our 30th anniversary
Our food was exceptional. Our service was fantastic. We would definity return to this location and recommend it anyone looking for a fine dining experience in the Chestfield area.
I would definitely dine there again. Everything was great.
Had our wedding anniversary dinner at Ruth Chris Chesterfield. It’s a brand new location and our experience was fantastic. Restaurant is big but it’s broken up into two levels with bars on both. There’s an elevator in addition to stairs to access the upper level. Valet parking, great food and service. Would absolutely recommend this location. Nice to have an upscale dining option in the chesterfield area.
This location was beautiful and the service was superb. I was in town on leisure and just stopped in for lunch.
Best Service that I had in a long time
We went for Sunday Brunch. The Brunch menu is served Saturday and Sunday. I felt that the menu for brunch was too limited and much too heavy. My husband had biscuits and gravy with eggs while I had their version of eggs benedict which was served with filet and a heavy/thick version of a béarnaise sauce - it was more like an aioli. Sides were optional and available as with dinner. I was really craving a brunch item such as a waffle with bacon or French toast - something sweet. If you want a light breakfast such as a yogurt forget this place. All of the food was very good however I was expecting a brunch more inline with a Bricktops which has several egg options with bacon, waffles, smaller side dishes, eggs benedicts, along with lunch favorites.
The bar service once again was slow. If this continues back to capital grille we go.
The Shrimp Cocktail was very well presented and tasted delicious! There was too much Brandy in the Lobster Bisque which got me off to a disappointing start! I felt the mashed potatoes tasted artificial. For my taste the Bernaise Sauce was too salty but the filet was cooked to my liking and was delicious! The creamed spinach was delicious as usual!
Quinn was great. Great food. Great drinks. Good night
Outstanding food. Expensive but worth it.
For a fine dinning was disappointed at this Ruth's Chris. I felt like I was at a restaurant that you take your kids to an let them scream, etc. Only this was older Adults that should know better than act like they were in there in homes having a laughing, loud voice Birthday Party, which they were celebrating an Adult's Birthday.
Steak and vegetables were great. I would skip the lobster bisque
The outdoor rooftop patio was amazing great beautiful night
The food was excellent and we will definitely be going back!
Great food. The chef was amazing. Great new ambiance.
There are many better options for steak in the area-Annie Gunn’s, 801, and Capital Grille to name a few. I felt like I was being robbed tipping 18% on the check. We had to ask for bread on 3 occasions and the meal was not spaced out well with timing between appetizers, salads and entrees. Couple the lack of quality of the food at this price point, with the extremely poor service, we will not be back.
Overall, very good food and service.
Way too noisy. Can't hear people at your own table.
Parking is a challenge. Make it clear to use valet.
It's an expensive dinner. Some lower-priced options might encourage more frequent visits.
Did not meet my expectations. Dining at Clayton location is much better.
This was our first time back out since Covid hit, for my husband’s birthday. Everything was perfect, and the food was phenomenal!! Our server was attentive and personable.
Went with my honey for my birthday and was impressed! Our check in host Emily& Tom were fantastic! Our server Yasmina was very prompt, professional and through. FOOD was 5STAR for sure, I am definitely coming back !
Thanks Team Ruth Chris Chesterfield
Nice patio dining
It was our anniversary. I thought the food was excellent. I loved in interior. First time in new space
We thought our waiter might have been new. He seemed to have to go and ask someone the answers to questions
But very nice young man
It was great.
Outstanding service and outstanding food! All of our meals were prepared perfectly. The sweet potato casserole was like having dessert with dinner. We will dine here on a regular basis!
Birthday for daughter. It was great!
