We visited Saaya while in Dallas and ordered lamb chops, drinks, and a few hookahs. Unfortunately, the seating experience left us feeling unwelcome. The hostess accommodated us early and initially seated us in the front, but the table was dirty, so she moved us to a back area. Once the original table was cleaned, another staff member allowed us to move back. We placed our food and drink orders, only for the hostess to return about 14 minutes later and tell us a regular customer needed that table. We were confused because she had originally seated us there, and another employee had approved our return. Being asked to move again to accommodate a regular made us feel like our business mattered less. The new spot was also cold, making the experience even less comfortable. We spent over $200 during our visit, while the regular customer ordered one hookah and an appetizer and left before we did. That made the decision to move us all the more frustrating. Regardless of what anyone spends, every guest deserves to be treated with courtesy. Our server was attentive and checked on us out of concern about the moves, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, that consideration didn’t carry through the entire experience. Based on our visit, I wouldn’t recommend coming at night. Out-of-town guests deserve the same hospitality as regulars.

Rushed us to eat said somebody else was coming .We spend a good amount of money ,purchased hookah and everything . Couldn’t even relax without being reminded that our time was up .

Came here for date night and to celebrate the cowboys win. Had nice hookah with great presentation. We had hummus and chicken and rice and it was all very tasty. Waitress and host were great and they sat us at best table in the house.

This is a very nice Mediterranian restaurant in Dallas. It has some middle eastern cuisine as we all as Italian. Several veg and GF options. Recommend.

Came here for my Birthday on a Saturday night, we were impressed with everything from our greetings at the door, to our wonderful server, and fantastic food and drinks! We will absolutely be back to this wonderful establishment!

Wonderful experience! Came for a solo dinner and my experience was amazing from entry to exit. The hosts were friendly and my server Makayla was so attentive and sweet. Even the manager came by to assist me with an issue regarding an open table dining credit that I was having trouble getting to work.. and he didn’t have to do that! I will definitely be back! The music the ambiance 10/10 and the hookah was so smooth. No head ache . The food 10. All 10s! Can’t wait to return whenever I’m in Dallas!
