Each week will be its own experience, shaped by what’s coming in from our local farmers and what’s inspiring Chef in the moment. While you won’t know what’s coming, the menu will stay true to what Salazar is known for, the very best seasonal ingredients. And with only 8 seats, the evening is intentionally small. You’ll be seated communally in The Sun Room, sharing the experience with a handful of other guests. 8 seats. 6 courses. Every Thursday | 6:00 PM Curated + cooked by Chef Jose $110 | Add-On Recommended Wines All Thursdays will open for booking one month in advance. Interesting experience. Didnt get a chance to try the original Salazar, so weve been quite hyped up to try the new location. Cocktails were unique and on point, with special emphasis on the "Dont Think Twice". Mixologist really went out of their way to put together an eccentric and exciting menu. First course, we started with the tartar, the oyster sandwiches, and the octopus. The tartar, while seasoned and presented well, really doesnt work on the choice of bread it sits upon. Its too robust, chewy and a difficult delivery system to enjoy the wagyu tartar presented. The oyster sandwiches were good, but very overcooked and incredibly chewy, despite strong flavors. The octopus however, fantastic. Presentation wise, plating and a unique combination of flavors really pushed this dish over the top. Probably one of the single best octopus dishes Ive ever had. For entrees, we went with the lamb shank and the rigatoni. The lamb was cooked to perfection, with the fruiting, beets and cream sauce, delight of dish and one Id 100% look to have again. The rigatoni, while recommended, highly disappointing. The lemon flavoring was highly overwhelming and seemingly artifical? Was odd. The crab also didn't show its face within the dish other than small strands from what we could tell. Overall, good restaurant, good ideas and a fun atmosphere. Could use a little polish on some of the dishes, however, the talent is clearly present. Will look forward to giving it another go.

Waiter was excellent (Jacob) - entertaining, knowledgeable and attentive to my allergies. We requested and were given a quiet table to catch up with friends. Wine was spectacular. The oyster sliders continue to rule.

Reservation at 7 and seated promptly. Loved the placement and comfort of our table and Paige was our delightful server. But best of all is the food! You'll find a few traditional plates sure to please, but Chef Salazar excels at combining products and flavors that exceed our standards. Try the unfamiliar in this restaurant and you'll be wowed! Loved the Sunchoke appetizer, Trout entree and Butter Cake for dessert.

Beautiful dining experience as always! I’ve been a number of times and each visit is better than the last. The menu is consistently fresh and innovative in the best ways possible and to make things that much better the music selection is top tier!

Great evening and Chef never disappoints! We frequent his other restaurants, and this was our first time to Salazar. I have celiac and we ate so much food and they took care of my allergies very well.

Bravo, Chef Salazar!! Our best visit yet to your flagship restaurant. It’s so good to see you in the kitchen watching each dish go out and presiding personally over operations. The front of the house has improved dramatically and the Autumn’s menu is focussed and delivers on tastes that are both familiar and exotic with a few really nice ingredients, transformed in ways to make them all work together. Our table of 5 sampled 6 appetizers, 5 entrees, 2 wine bottles and 6 desserts. Everything was top notch. Waitstaff did not rush us despite being long at the table and everyone was knowledgable and professional. Glad to see some Spanish wines on the list. Please add more. I didn’t think it could be better than Mita’s but this time was a true joy to share with our family.
