Smaller lunch menu. Service good. Restaurant had 3-4 parties there but our food took over 30 minutes to be delivered. A small cheese pizza and the sandwich.

We have eaten here four times two out the 4 the service was terrible! Both times it was the waiter supposedly forgot to put our pizza order in. Right?! The waiter would not make eye contact!! Finally we asked another server to check on order and made a lame excuse that this happens sometimes and the slip doesn’t go through. Pizza finally delivered by another server. Waiter still doesn’t apologize. Then after we ate he brought the check and did apologize and took a pizza off. But very poor service!

We ordered 2 pizzas (1 large 1 small). Received the small pizza, never received the large. Almost 2 hours of “your pizza will be right out”. Then turned into you can pick up your pizza on your way out. We pay the bill (large pizza included) and go up to the take out counter only to be told there was no pizza! So the manager steps in and writes on his business card “1 free lg chz” for the next time we visit… we PAID for a pizza we never got! Horrible customer service! Not to mention all the dirty tables, it’s not a new establishment.

Our server and food were good but the host/hostess were not. Seating people out of order and then talking about guests when the guests were no longer in the waiting area.
