Our hostess, Ashley was wonderful. She accommodated us to seat 10 outside. Service was a little slow to begin, but so nice not to be rushed. Music was great. Everything came out perfect, as ordered. Drinks and food were on point.

Poor service. Everyone’s drinks were flat. Food slow to come. Servers had attitude. Food was poor quality. Only positive is the great view of the river. Disappointing.

I was really looking forward to a nice Valentine’s dinner, but unfortunately, this restaurant completely let us down. The service was horrendous. Our server was slow, disorganized, and seemed to have no idea what they were doing. What made it worse was that the restaurant wasn’t even busy, so there’s really no excuse for the terrible service. To make matters worse, they had a *set menu for Valentine’s Day* that was not disclosed to us when we made the reservation, nor was it mentioned at the time of seating. The menu itself was a total surprise, and not in a good way. The food was *cold*, bland, and definitely *not worth the price*. It felt like we were being scammed, paying way too much for food that was poorly prepared and underwhelming. Overall, this experience was a total letdown. They need *new management* who can actually communicate with customers and offer quality service and food. I would not recommend this place, especially for special occasions.

This was my first experience and it was horrible and I’ve been waiting to visit this restaurant. Our waiter was horrible he kept forgetting the come with our drinks or anything we asked for. I understand Valentine’s Day is a busy day but the service was horrible. Had to speak with manager after waiting two hours for our food on a prefixed menu is outrageous. When we finally got our food it was not tasteful mines was cooked incorrectly i asked for well done it was all pink and bloody. They took it back to recook which was another 30 minutes. I didn’t even eat my food they took it off after eating 2 hours and 30mins who would want to eat. Asked for dessert that came with the prefixed menu come to find out waiter never placed it when we ordered and after mentioning to him again someone else had to place it. Ended up waiting another 20mins. Overall experience is is a 0 i would not recommend it to anyone. This was a terrible first time experience honestly.

Had a 9pm reservations, got seated quick. The waitress rarely came to the table. We had to get her attention in order to order our food. She sucked. Finally got our food a little before 11pm. I order a well done steak, it came out bloody and cold. The sad part it was a limited menu due to it being Valentine’s Day.

Very horrible, just left there . don’t go there hungry if you even think about trying it. They should not host any valentines or any sort of dinners in that place again 😂 the servers was nice though…

There was a limited menu for Valentine’s Day for $100 per person. This menu only had 3 categories and 3 items per category. Service was slow and the venue wasn’t busy, so we’re not sure why it was. You weren’t allowed to order off the regular menu. Many guests complained and some even left immediately after seeing the menu.
